Food was okay, hence the 2 stars. But everything else was lacking, especially the service portion. Manager/leadership in this location is lacking tremendously. Reading other reviews, I am not the only one that has experienced this. Here is what I wrote and emailed to corporate/owner from their website. Not sure if it will get to someone or not. Reading the reviews, it doesn't appear it will.
"I have only 1200 characters of words to use, but I'd like to write more. 1) The manager (?) or someone in different uniform at the drive through pick up window was very unpleasant. No smile and looked angry. She gave me my bag and I asked her HOW MUCH an extra thing of gravy would be (for my wife's sausage and gravy biscuit). She looked as if I was inconveniencing her & obviously I WAS by asking. She never answered my question. She kept saying it'll cost more, & I ASKED how much more? She shut the window & had someone else "deal with me," who appeared to be busy doing something else. GREAT SERVICE manager person. 2) I got home & my wife's COMBO, was missing the hash brown (sausage gravy & biscuit). I paid for a combo so I expected to have it. Mistakes happen & I understand that. 3) I called the store...NO ONE picked up. I tried multiple times (5x). No voicemail option. Looked up this location on Yelp (2 stars) & Google (2.5 Stars). Customer service has declined so much in the McDonald's chains. McD is in a service industry. I hope this gets to the owner of that location. Please go to Chick-fil-A restaurants and see how customer service is...
   Read moreAs someone who worked behind the counter for months on end this restaurant does not treat costumers nor employees right. If you do not know Spanish don't apply you will be discrinated against. If you don't know enough Spanish as a costumer don't be surprised if they are saying some nasty things about ya. Cold fries are an everyday thing, and if you complain it won't be the managers fault for allowing cold fries to go out but the poor souls that work under that man. There are a few good things like the short Spanish lady in the morning time she deserves to be at a better mcdonalds or even a better job. I over heard they wouldn't give her time to see her sick kid when I was in there getting the 2 for 3. That is just sad. The other woman I think her name is Melba that woman deserves to be GM not that one guy who just yells at these poor souls.    Read moreSLOW! And on 3 seperate occasions I have gone to get coffee at 545am, because a lot of people actually work early hours, and the employees at this restaurant apparently DO NOT. After pulling through the drive through at times ranging from 545 am to 6 am I have been told that they were "not ready yet" and the window was closed in my face. I just needed a coffee. How? If you open at 530 am and its now 545/6 am, are you not in the very least brewing some coffee? If you open at 530 am, you should be ready to go at 530 am. I start work at 630 and I'm ready to go at 630 am. Even when I dont want to be. Its called LIFE. Get with it early morning employees. $15 an hour for no work ethic....boooooo! The slack employees of this establishment dont deserve...
