Service: 5.2/10 Service features self-seating and ordering at the front desk, which offers a laid-back approach. The absence of paper menus was a downside, and while free water was available, it was warm—though ice was offered. The use of bamboo chopsticks added a nice touch to the dining experience.

Meatball Pho: 7.9/10 This dish was a highlight, featuring a flavorful broth and tasty meatballs, served in a good portion that emphasized freshness and quality.

Crab Rangoon: 7.8/10 Distinct from typical offerings, these rangoons included real crab, making them notably fresh and well-prepared, a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality.

Fresh Rolls: 8.1/10 Prepared on-demand, the freshness was palpable. The pork was tender and warm, perfectly complementing the excellent peanut sauce, enhancing the overall flavor profile of the rolls.

Banh Mi Sandwich with BBQ Pork: 5.8/10 While the bread was fresh and warm, and the pork of good quality, the sauce did not meet expectations, which slightly diminished the enjoyment of this sandwich.

Value: 8.5/10 The pricing was deemed very reasonable given the quality and portion sizes of the food. This aspect, along with the freshness and preparation of the dishes, makes the restaurant highly recommendable...

To start out my 1 star review, I will say that I used to be an extremely loyal customer to this place. The food is pretty decent in my opinion and I'd usually give them my business despite the longer than necessary wait times because they were close and convenient and never disappointed food wise.

However, last time I went in there, I did not receive part of my order. Specifically, I ordered two house rolls and was only given one. I made it home with one and it really should have been no big deal. I called them to tell them about it hoping that my $2.50 would simply be refunded, as I wasnt going to drive back over there again. Unfortunately, they told me on the phone that I was a liar and insisted it was in there and would not refund me the money. After significant arguing, the owner agreed to refund my money but unfortunately, it's now 3 weeks later and they never did.

It's a shame that someone who was a loyal customer (ordered twice per month for the last 3 years), was called a liar, and that the owner valued $2.50 rather than simply admitting they could have possibly made a mistake. I will be going elsewhere for my pho from now on, even if it's not as convenient. How you treat your customers...

Stopped in for lunch today. The staff was very nice, the wait for food was very short, and the food..... Perfect! Let's start with the menu. It is very small but I find that refreshing because I'm often indecisive. The less I have to choose from the better! I ordered the grilled pork bahn mi, beef and meatball pho, a bbq pork bahn mi and a fresh spring roll. The bahn mi was dynamite! Both were very tasty. The regular grilled pork was lemongrass heavy but in a very good way! The bread on the bahn mi was literally the best I've ever had. It was chewy but had a very crispy crunchy crust. So good! The spring roll was typical but the peanut dipping sauce was a winner, it wasn't too sweet, it was just right! As for the pho, very good! Plenty of meat and big chunks of cut up meatball. The only thing I thought was strange is I wasn't given basil as a garnish for the pho. Maybe they ran out? Other than that, my husband and I enjoyed our lunch and will definitely be going back! My only constructive feedback is that they need more outdoor seating. We are covid conscious and couldn't eat outside because both the 2 tables were taken. Fortunately, it was very slow so we felt comfortable eating inside tucked...
