Do NOT do business at this location. I have never encounter a UPS store with such poor RUDE customer service as today from Denny. I made a call to verify a mailing address for a returned certified packet and Denny curses me out over the phone and refused to let me correct the address to resend. I called back several times to try to get correct but Denny was yelling at me like a manic and acted completely out of character for anyone to represent the federal postal service. Denny was out of line and unable to do his basic job of shipping mail without becoming hostile and just plain Rude! It was completely unacceptable and will be reported accordingly. I refuse to be disrespected by Denny at this location for any future ups needs. I suggest that Denny learn the importance of treating all customers with Respect at all times and that slamming phones down and screaming over the phone is officially unacceptable public service. There is no excuse for your behavior Denny! Do not even bother replying back to me because you are so Rude! My package is still there and I will call another ups store to contact Denny to get my certified mail properly sent since he is not capable of treating people with Respect. Read moreI used this store because it was close to me, but I will never use this store or UPS ever again. I went in there like anyone else to ship a box the store employee (Dennis) seemed like he was already having a bad day. Started filling out the forms then demanded to know what the contents in my box were. He wanted me to detail everything in my box. I said, “I’m sorry that isn’t something you need to know, is there a general category I can tell you, but I will tell you it is not liquid, flammable, perishable, or hazardous”. He still demanded me to tell him what was in my box, but this time threw me a bunch more attitude and said I looked sketchy. I gave him a general of the materials and he started to fill out the foams then decided to tell me he wasn’t going to ship my box. I have never been treated or accused of anything like this in a store from a store employee. Where is the customer service? Of course there was no manager in the store to talk to about this situation. Privacy seems to be gone in that store. Everyone is look at as they are trying to ship something hazardous, flammable, liquid, or perishable. What a shame. Took the package to another ups store and they had no issues...

So when the young lady asked me how much my box was worth I explained to her kindly that it’s a designer bag worth 700 dollars but if you buy it the a certain time and day when it first drops you’ll can it for at least 400 dollars. Some elderly jumps in to tell me well I will only get 400 dollars then, I explained to the elderly lady that you can no longer get the purse for that price. Long story short she was very rude and I didn’t appreciate her comments or remarks toward me. My package was suppose to be tape to secure it’s safety after I explained to the cashier that I feel uneasy with send my package through this location because of how the elderly insist on my package not making its designation. The cashier promised me that she will secure the box with tape even showed me that tape. Fortunately my friend received my package, unfortunately it was not secure and half way open when getting package no a single piece of tape on it and my package was gone through.
