Today my daughterâs braces were removed after Iâll say two years and some months. My daughter, Shania always goes to the Sawmill office. This office looks just like the one on finding Nemo! It is soooooo nice, and bright. I love that hot chocolate machine they have. I always made me some delicious hot chocolate , added cream and two packets of sugar.
When I say my daughterâs teeth are soooooo beautiful, yes they are! The Dr. Kent and Staff are some real down home type of people. I have never had an issue, ever. When I was late on my payments a couple of times, I never felt embarrassed! This place really is awesome I tell no lies at all! Iâm a single mother of my son and daughter. My daughter is now 19, and I tell you her confidence shot up When she first got her braces at 16, going on 17. The reason I waited so long is, I thought I was not able to afford them. Do not listen to your mind tell you that mess. Braces is a wonderful investment. My daughter will go very far in life with her very beautiful smile. They offer a great payment plan, and depending on the dental coverage you have, it will even cover a portion of the cost for braces. Donât be silly and allow your dental coverage to go to waste. Use it allllll up. Parents please make sure to invest in your childâs teeth if they need braces. Although I did not get my daughterâs braces when she was younger, Iâm happy I got them for her before she turned 21. My daughter came up with the down payment, which I did not know she was doing. She never had to make another payment after that, because I made the monthly payments. My dental insurance covered about $700 of it which was such a blessing. Iâm happy I added my daughter to the dental plan. My daughter is very pleased with her results. Donât think you canât afford braces. Give it a try, work out a payment plan and youâll see. To me, this is one of the best Orthodontist in North Carolina
This post below she first started getting treated in 2021. My daughter wanted braces for years. She was finally able to get them done. The atmosphere of this place is positive. What y"all see on the internet in the photos is the real deal Holyfield. I felt even more educated today, about the importance of having braces if one does need them. This office was so peaceful, I left my daughter there who is 16 years old. I felt comfortable leaving her there, so they could put her braces on. I knew in my Spirit she was in kind hands, and she would be fine. They have these beautiful little transparent jellyfish swimming in a tank. I am one who got bit by a big jellyfish when I was a little girl, it was a horrible experience. However, when I seen them little Jellyfish in the Orthodontist office. I forgot about ever being bitten by one, all I could see was them sweet little baby transparent jellyfish, they helped erase a bad memory. It was such a beautiful experience I will never forget. I really appreciated the way Dr. Marsh explained everything to me and my daughter. Before he came in to sit with us, the ladies already gave me such a positive experience. They explained so much to us, but my brain was not on overkill at all nor did I feel foolish asking questions. The finance representative is Great. All I know is my daughter...
Read morethank god my experience with this office is over. Braces have been off for years and the only reason i had to revisit this place was because my mom threw out my retainers and I needed replacements. When I went to the initial appointment I waited for at least 45 minutes because i was told not to sign in by the front desk. After 30 minutes, I checked the front desk and they had me sign in. Mistakes happen, okay. Once I was in the back to get a mold taken of my teeth for new retainers for be made for me, the man taking the mold didn't say a word to me- okay, maybe he doesn't like to talk. Once he did speak to me, it was nothing about the $500+ retainers i was about to purchase- it was a question about my major(s). And that's cool, whatever... But he proceeded to tell me not to minor in women's studies...... Never asked his opinion. He finished what he was doing and walked me to the front where I had to send the employee at the front desk back and fourth to make sure that my retainers were exactly what I needed because I got no information from the man taking my molds nor did i see him check or write down anything. Fine. After this experience (having to send back receptionist to assistant to make sure I'm getting what I need because my experience left me unsure) I called after I got home just to make sure I'm getting what i need.... You know, committing the crime of assuring I'm paying for a service I trust to be completed perfect the first time... A receptionist answered the phone and got frustrated at my question. Anyways, I got my retainers and the office has recently sent me a reminder email to come in and make a retainer check up. I called this morning to do that (finally) and had a really unpleasant encounter with Theresa on the other end of the phone. Before I continue- I'll say that I'm busy. I work 2 jobs, I go to school more than full time, AND I'm juggling a teaching practicum right now and so when I have an appointment to make I need to be sure that I'm not going to be double booking myself and that I'm going to be where I say I'll be. I called this morning and she offered me an appointment at 10:50 on January 8th. I repeated it back to her: "so on January 8th at 10:50 in the morning?" (I thought she said 2... Which would be afternoon) and she replies in a snarky tone "well yes 10:50 in the morning.... We won't be here at 10:50 at night." I'm not sure if she's used to getting away with smart a** comments or if she's used to talking to children, but either way I'm not here for this. I'd rather my retainer be all wrong leaving my teeth looking like they're throwing up gang signs than go back to that office. It's unacceptable. Maybe she thought my question/confirmation was stupid.... But her job description is not to come back with less than charming responses....
