Smashburger — Restaurant in Raleigh

If you eat at this Smashburger, you won't ever be disappointed. They have some tassssssty chocolate milkshakes. That milkshake was so good, I almost broke out in a dance. It wasn't too sweet, and was super duper good. I love Smashburger. They also even have their own Ketchup. Take your lady here and she won't feel like it's some cheap date. There's nothing cheap about this place at all, but the delicious food and great service is worth every dollar. Not only that, it's very nice inside and doesn't resemble a hole in the wall. It has fancy lighting inside, almost like you're in Burgerwood. Also there's this picture of the City of Raleigh at night. That picture has been every where in Raleigh, well Smashburger has that picture up on the wall.

Shout out to the Chef cooking the burgers. She made me the best turkey burger ever. It was juicy and delicious. It wasn't all greasy, and I didn't feel all heavy afterwards. It had the right amount of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. It had just the right amount of everything. I'm a big beautiful woman, and I know a good delicious burger when I taste it. I am also a home cook, so I know good food before it even hits my mouth. Plus the burger had a this great tasting melted cheddar cheese on it.

The owner is also great .I called in the day before with a minor complaint. She handled it in such a professional way. I love when a business gives great customer service. I witnessed the owner take orders and place orders in the bag.

I had the bbq burger and it was delicious. My husband had a dry bacon cheeseburger,actually I can’t call it a cheeseburger because the cheese was missing! The fries were hard and cold and didn’t even fill the box they were in(guess someone didn’t feel like making fries). Kids meal chicken tenders were old and burnt. I’m giving 2 stars because my burger was so good.

August 2018 Stopped by to dine in and there were 2 others customers sitting and eating. There were 3 people working,the girl taking our order was completely oblivious to us standing there. We ordered for dine in,there was one woman cooking the food. A burger was messed up so I politely asked for a top bun and a missing piece of cheese that we paid for. Not a complete remak...they acted as if this such a freaking hassle. Either the owner or manager clearly did not like dealing with women. He hate glanced at me and yelled something to the woman cooking. Side note: I don’t eat bacon,I know how to cook bacon,so if you don’t want to deal with bacon and serve it partially cooked that’s a problem. The girl that took our order brought over a bun,but no cheese? I looked at my husband and we decided to let it go. We ordered $40 worth of food and the girl kept trying to take our food baskets. Our kids eat slow and I am aware of where the trash is.... We have been to Smashburger in many different states and it’s always been on point. This review includes our two visits to the Smashburger in Raleigh that we visited. The first visit was awesome, there was a young African American young lady behind the counter and another young lady in the kitchen. The young lady behind the counter was friendly, professional and quick. I liked that the order for the chicken wings took a little longer because they were cooked fresh. I ordered the classic double with everything on it and it was delicious. It got busy after we arrived and the young lady behind the counter was taking and dropping orders at tables with the same professionalism. One thing ilto point out is that I liked that when ordering she offered us the option to make a combo and told us the price. I bring this up only because on our second visit the young man behind the counter was friendly ish but seems as though he did not want to be there. We ordered burgers a turkey burger and chicken tenders with sides and he never offered us the option of the combo and when I brought it up his response was that he had already rang the order. He also left things off of our order and seemed to be doing the same to customers that came in after us. I might return at some point, but hopefully on a day when that young man is...
