As soon as I placed a mobile order for this location, I realized their were duplicates and pressed the cancel button. It said to call the location to cancel. I called repeatedly on the way to the location, but no one answered. When I arrived at the store, I walked up to register. All 3 employees completely ignored me. Not wanting them to make food I didn’t order, I told the lady making the food that I had been trying to cancel the order. She loudly and very rudely said, it’s too late the food is ordered. It is our priority to make the food, not answer the phone. I calmly explained I was trying to follow their system, and she was belligerent. Other customers waiting around me were shrugging their shoulders, rolling their eyes and amazed at her rudeness. She came out with the food, and they were just starting smoothies. They clearly could have not made them. I didn’t want to argue with these employees who were clearly untrained on customer service, rude and somewhat aggressive. I stayed calm and left with 67.00 of unnecessary food that I came home and put in the freezer. I am leaving this review to tell you beware on the mobile app… tropical smoothie does not honor cancellations on their own flawed system. Read moreI LOOOOVE most TSC locations. The service is usually good, the food is fresh, and they are usually clean....but THIS....ummmmm...no. Walked in and the two employees were cutting up, loudly, and absolutely would not acknowledge me for what seemed like FOREVER. I finally got some attention and the lady says “I’ll bring it to you when I’m done”, in a somewhat agitated tone. I explained that I hadn’t even ordered yet, and she said “well you do that down there”, and gestured toward the register. I placed my order with a different employee and they went back to horsing around and didn’t start my order for a while. Meanwhile, another customer came in and waited and waited to be helped, but wasn’t, so he left. .....oh yeah, and the place looked less than clean. Updated to add… To add insult to injury, I just started eating my wrap, and she put cilantro in it, even though I asked her three times not to put cilantro in it! If she would spend less time socializing with her coworker, and more time listening to her customers, perhaps she would be able to get the orders correct

At 12:45 I asked if my 3 smoothies had been forgotten, and was told rudely that if one of them had lime in it then the check had been put to the side because the store was out of line. I had been standing in the store for 20 minutes and not once had 1 of the 6 employees made it known to the customers that lime orders would need to be changed. Had I known I would have understood and changed the order. I said had my wife been told on the app that the order would need to change and the lady with the sides of her head shaved informed me that they didn’t have time to tell the customers, and that, and I quote, “whatever man”....this is just before she left for 12 minutes and came back with a large iced coffee from Starbucks but couldn’t find the 15 seconds to announce to the room that orders with lime would need to be changed. I still had to ask 2 other times how to change the order to get my smoothies. All in all it took an hour. Terrible service. No greeting, no...
