Snooker's — Restaurant in Raleigh

My friend and I came here for the first time to celebrate another friend’s birthday. The woman bartending, a short, older woman, was incredibly dismissive and rude. She took both of our ID’s for two minutes, throughly inspecting them to “ensure” we were of age. My friend and I are both WELL over the legal drinking age. The second time we approached the bar for additional drinks, we were ignored for 15 minutes whilst she served other patrons who had approached the bar after us. I RAN to the reviews; unsurprisingly, this is common of this particular bartender. Truly a disappointing and disheartening experience, that could’ve been much more fun with a little compassion and care. This is my second and more then likely, my last time coming to this establishment. The first time my fiance and I came it was very few people, the place looked nice with plenty of tables and the bartender served us fairly quickly. 8/10 for the first time. So, we decided to come back this evening and our experience was horrible. The bar was a little crowded but nothing crazy. The bartender ignored us for about 15 minutes before we walked out. I went last night around 9 30PM. There is only one person manning the bar and that is also where you have to go to get the balls for your table. I said hello to the bartender and waited for them to finish with their customer. She proceeded to ignore me for almost 15 minutes as she chatted with some patrons, walking past me multiple times. I had to interrupt her to get a pool table, and she then seemed very bothered by me.
