The clothes selection is great and they always have a full sale rack. After my first visit I told several friends to try it.

The first time i went was about a month ago and spent $100, which at the checkout the cashier got my info (name, address, email) and said I was 1/3 of the way to a reward, which I believe is store credit. I went again today and there was a dressing room started for me and when I was finally ready to try on I was wondering around the store looking for my room, which I couldn’t find, two associates were trying on clothes someone had just dropped off for consignment and chatting with each other about what they were going to wear to an event and the other was helping a costumer find an outfit that she liked. When I was checking out and the total was less than I expected, she said, “that will be $54...” to which I replied, “oh cool it was on sale!” As I inserted my card. the cashier said oh no it’s not, pressed a few buttons and gave me a new total of $68. I was shocked that after I had put my card in she would take away the discount the computer gave me. I was just saying I was excited because I didn’t realize there was a sale and she essentially penalized me for talking to her.

She then stated I was never put in the system and therefor my $100 purchase from my first visit didn’t count for anything and there wasn’t anything she could do apparently to help credit me for that purchase so it would count for the reward. I’m pretty disappointed with the costumer service of dress.

Did a Google search for consignment shop this wasn't the one I was looking for but nevertheless it was the closest. Stopped in was greeted right away .. love that ,that is one of the things I look for when shopping in small a business. Walked around found a couple of cute outfits .. first one had 2 stains on it .. one of the dresses had a busted zipper.. which was my favorite because the print matched a shirt I purchased my husband. Did end up purchasing a pair of Tory Burch pants.. funny thing they had 2 pair same size listed one was $88 and one was $78.00 was told by Rep .. any thing new with tags they add $10. One pair of the pants had been altered and had missing button. 3 items had something wrong with them... Wow I think they need to really take a look at the items on a weekly basis.. just my option..one of the employees had a visitor who stayed the entire time and talked to her ... may have been a boy friend not really sure .. the place does have a bathroom / storage room was clean. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way is soon as I picked up an item I was asked if they could put my items in a dressing room and every piece of clothing I picked up after that they was on it .. but for the other Caucasian women who was there she was carrying her items around .. and actually put them in the dressing room her self. .. leaves me wondering was this their normal practice or was it done because I was a black women ... just a thought the sale rep DID match the price of the pants the both had new tags on them one was Tory Burch original Tage and one was a tag from The Real... so I was happy to save $10.00. The employees at the store are extremely rude. There is a sidewalk sale today and my wife and I picked up an armload of clothes. We asked if we could try them on. The staff person said if we weren't going to spend $50 we could not go inside and use the inside dressing room. we promptly handed her the full arm load of clothes that we were interested in and continued on to Whole Foods which is why we had stopped anyway. There were and are virtually no customers shopping at this time. Particularly in today's time you would think people would be kind to each other and not display rude and discriminating Behavior to customers. We called to discuss this with the owner who then decided to be argumentative and defend her practice of not letting people come in and try on clothes unless the items are $50 or more per item.... unbelievable...... do not shop...
