SHADY ALERT!!! I don’t say this much but this place is very shady the way they do business. My wife and I took or one year old with us to just grab a gyro before a open mic event in the building. We look over the menu board as one does before ordering and make sure we know what we are getting. I walk up to order and tell the girl we want a chicken and lamb/beef gyros to go. She then said to me what two sides will you be having. I didn’t read there were two sides and it caught me off guard because really I don’t care much for the sides. I then look at the menu and say I didn’t think it came with a side. She then said it doesn’t. I really felt like she was trying to bait me into buying side which I see are 3.50 each. So she continues to make the gyros while I pay. I asked my wife if she had the fifty cent change in her purse and in front of the cashier said I don’t have any money on me. As she is making the second one I have already paid and I ask if the little cucumber can be added. Now you would think that you would say yes but we charge you 1.09 for a spoonful of cucumbers but no she just said yes I can give you a scoop. Now at this time my little girl is getting squirmy and I start to walk into the other part of the building. The lady who rang us up is watching me leave as she is making her food. My wife is waiting for the order. She then comes and finds me to tell me the lady said she wanted a dollar and nine cents or we wouldn’t get the food I just paid for. Now I have no problem paying for something but the way they just make you think you get something and. Don’t say it is a ad on is really shady and down right rude. Plus to ad to this one of the employees is making a wrap with a bucket of cheese and just scoops her hand in three times that she just took the money with. The meat was dry and kind of hard in a couple places I am guessing because the cut it sometime earlier and had it in a station container waiting. This was not at all a pleasant experience and i won’t be back. 15.59 for two gyros after the ad on charge for a spoonful of condiments. Not the way i would expect to be treated if you want...

It looks like the page owner have a difficulty reading and understanding.
My review:
Jan 3. 2021. Me and my friend's order got served to another dude, the middle eastern dude on the register went after the dude, start shouting Anthonyyyyyyy in the parking lot, brought him back, and apologized to him and made him another order beside the one he took by accident and made us wait for 10 mins served him first, and then 7 mins after that 10 mins so 17 mins total our food comes out. With only an apology saying sorry? No dessert for the way they handled things nothing at all or discount or credit. They try to maximize the profit by not including the fries and drink in a combo and they will charge you for it. I don't even know why they're labeled LGBTQ friendly on Google maps, I'm not a member of the community, but I believe all businesses should focus on serving everyone instead of politicizing and sexualizing their...
Read moreFirst timer going to Jasmin. I was politely greeted by the team on the line so I was expecting a great experience. We proceeded with my order and all of a sudden it turned into a rush out the door kind of mentality. I didn’t know what topping options I had so I had to look back at the menu board. When I did that, I heard the worker sigh (like I was suppose to have memorized the menu by then) and put the food down to move onto another task. A minute later the employee came back and whispered something in another language to the team member next to them. Clearly it was about their current frustration with having to deal with customers 30 minutes before they close. The person on the register was very friendly and looked to others to see what I had gotten to eat to ring me up. Transaction was made and now waiting for our food. The two on the line had done everything except put a lid on my bowl (which was just sitting there on the line getting cold). Seemed like getting my food was the last priority. They were laughing and talking with some friends that had walked in... I’ve worked in the food industry for 12 years, this isn’t the way you treat customers if you want them to return. Not impressed with the customer...
