ORDERED 2 PIZZAS WITH DOUBLE PEPPERONI, DOUBLE SAUCE AND HAM, FOR A TOTAL OF $36.00 AFTER 45 MINUTES DELIVERY GUY SHOWS UP AT OUR HOTEL DOOR, WE PAY HIM HE GOES ABOUT HIS WAY, WE THEN GO TO LOBBY TO GET SODAS, GET BACK TO ROOM, THEN OPEN PIZZA BOXES AND TO OUR SURPRISE OUR PIZZAS ARE REGULAR PEPPERONI PIZZAS NO SAUCE, NO HAM, AND NO DOUBLE PEPPERONI, WE CALL BACK TO DOMINO'S THEY TELL US THAT THEY WILL MAKE US NEW PIZZAS AND DRIVER WILL DELIVER, AFTER WE WAIT FOR 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL 45 MINUTE WAIT, I CALL THEM AND TELL THGE PERSON WHO ANSWERS THAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OUR ORDER, SHE THEN TELLS ME, I CANCELLED YOUR ORDER CAUSE MY DELIVERY DRIVER SAID HE DELIVERED THE PIZZAS, TO WHICH I ANSWERED, YES HE DID DELIVER, BUT HE DELIVERED THE WRONG PIZZAS, SHE THEN SAYS NO HE DELIVERED THE RIGHT ONES AND I BELIEVE MY DRIVER OVER THE CUSTOMER.........I SAID EXCUSE ME......DID YOU JUST LITERALLY TELL ME YOU BELIEVE YOUR DRIVER OVER THE CUSTOMER WHEN I AM SITTING HERE WITH 2 REGULAR $20 DOLLAR PIZZAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID $36 PLUS TIP FOR DRIVER AND YOUR JUST GONNA CANCEL ORDER AFTER YOU SAID YOU WERE GONNA REPLACE THE PIZZAS, I TOLD HER HOW ABOUT A COURTESY CALL LETTING ME KNOW YOU SPOKE WITH YOUR DRIVER WHO GAVE YOU THE WRONG INFORMATION AND LET ME KNOW YOUR NOT GONNA COME OUT AFTER ALL, BY NOW ITS BEEN OVER 2 1/2 HOURS SINCE THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED.....SHE PASSES PHONE TO A GUY WHO I ASSUME IS THE MANAGER....GUY ANSWERS PHONE AND IS YAWNING EVERY 3 SECONDS LIKE HE JUST WOKE UP, AND PROCEEDS TO ASK FOR MY CELL PHONE NUMBER AND WHERE IM STAYING WHAT HOTEL ROOM NUMBER, I SAID LOOK BUDDY YOU HAVE ALL THIS INFO ALREADY YOU TOOK IT DOWN WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, HE SAYS SO WHAT DID YOU ORDER, AND THEN READS ME MY ORDER BACK TO ME, HE THEN SAYS SIR I WILL MAKE YOU 2 NEW PIZZAS ITS GONNA TAKE 20-30 MINUTES TO MAKE AND 1 HOUR TO AN HOUR AND A HALF TO DELIVER SO I SAY WAIT A MINUTE YOUR TELLING ME IM GONNA HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 HOURS FOR 2 PIZZAS MIND YOU THE LOCATION OF THE DOMINO'S FROM THE HOTEL WAS 0.6 MILES AWAY MEANING ABOUT 3-4 MINUTE CAR DRIVE, I TOLD HIM ARE YOU REALLY SERIOUS RIGHT NOW, I HAVE 2 KIDS A 12- YEAR OLD AND A 16 YEAR OLD WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR HOURS FOR THEIR DINNER IT IS NOW ALMOST 11 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT, NOW THERE IS NO WHERE WE CAN GO TO ORDER FOOD, AS OUR VEHICLE WAS BLOCKED IN AT HOTEL, I TELL THE GUY ON THE PHONE CANCEL MY ORDER NOW, BRING ME ALL MY MONEY BACK THIS IS RIDICULOUS YOU SIR NEED TO BE HANDLING THIS SITUATION A LOT BETTER THAN THIS, BEING LESS THAN A HALF A MILE AWAY FROM OUR HOTEL ROOM, HE SAYS THAT THE DRIVER WILL BRING BACK MONEY, DRIVER LITERALLY SHOWS UP WITHIN 6-7 MINUTES ONLY BRINGS BACK $36 WITH OUT THE TIP WE PAID HIM, WHICH I WOULD HAVE PAID THE DRIVER A TIP AGAIN IF HE WOULD HAVE BROUGHT BACK THE CORRECT ORDER. WE ENDED UP GOING TO BED WITH NO DINNER TILL MORNING WHEN THE KIDS ATE BREAKFAST, THIS PLACE NEEDS A LESSON ON PEOPLE SKILLS, AND LEARNING WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. THIS PLACE DISGUSTS ME ON HOW THE CUSTOMER IN THIS SITUATION ENDS UP LOSING AND MY KIDS...
Read moreMade my order at 10:40 a.m. at 11:08 tracker app said it was checked for perfection and at 11:24 said driver was on the way, at 11:54 no driver, no pizza I was concerned about cold food so I called store. Was put on hold once for ten minutes before I hung up...and the other for 12 minutes. Both times no resolve. Called back a third time, I finally I spoke to somebody they put me on hold again and then 8 minutes later spoke with me, I told them of the problem and he told me that he was sorry, he would credit me for next time, they would make me another order. I said I didnt want to wait another hour and a half to eat, didn't want a credit because I would not be returning my business there and to refund my money. He said he would call the manager and have him call me the call needed at 12:14. The driver arrived at 12:27 13 minutes after I talked to the store already. She showed up like every was fine I told driver Alysa I was refusing the pizza and she shrugged as if saying oh well and as she walked out and said "no one informed me"... the app tracker says the pizza is delivered ....SMH...I did not get my money refunded, I did not get a call from the location manager as promised, I called to find out about my money refund and there is no answer. But I called from a friends cell right after the no answer call and they picked right up...I hung up and called again from my number and they did not pick up...obviously avoiding my call....I don't know what scam is going on here but this going to be reported to the BBB...just to start....
Read moreThey really got me mad. Horrible service and disappointing really. Especially on Game day. My cousin orders 2 pizzas online. Puts my name that I'm picking it up and they wouldn't let me pick it up after I showed them my ID like it matches on the receipt. So they couldn't because I didn't have the card with me. How stupid is that? It's a online order for convenience For people to make it fast an don't bother talking or dealing with a person. But that wasn't how it was. At Least at this Domino's location. Than I get to my cousins house. And he gets mad because the pizza that he ordered were wrong. And I'll say this again this was ordered online it's pretty simple you read what it says on the online order it's not like I gotta say it over the phone once and you have to remember my order. It's just sad really on how much struggle they made to just get everything right. And at the end after I drove back with my cousin to return the 2 pizzas they messed up on. I would not recommend this pizza place. Take your business elsewhere they don't deserve to be open if they really trying to push business away and not work...
