I come here all the time, love their coffee and the staff is so very friendly. But. They are so inconsistent with who’s order the take first between the two lines. It may sound trivial, but it’s disheartening to be skipped when you were there before the other car, especially if you’re in a little bit of a hurry and you’re in line before the other person who gets their order taken before you. Had one experience like this where I asked the employee why he did that, he said they have to zig zag the orders between the lines. Ok, I get it. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Then today, I was in line and the worked did not go in the zig zag pattern, and took the order of the person that was there before me but right behind the customer she’d just taken an order for. Again, wouldn’t be an issue. I just can’t stand the inconsistencies. Why are the employees not on the same page here? Thanks for letting me vent, this probably isn’t a huge issue for anyone else out there, so don’t let it deter you from going to this location, but I just wanted to speak my...

My husband and I go to the Dutch Brothers on Sunrise and Herodian twice a day. The Manager, Sierra, and her staff are wonderful and hard working people. The two employees that helped us today went above and beyond my expectations of their job requirements.They both are outstanding employees -- Taylor and Sydney.

Today, they made me a latte that I love is on the menu, but I REALLY love it a certain way! After hearing from me that the only time I get my drink right is when the two of them are there. Taylor proceeded to write down how to made it RIGHT for other employees. Unbelievable!!!!!

Now whenever I go back to Dutch Brothers I don't have to worry about who's working there, trying to explain what the drink has in it, etc.
