Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

I just had a terrible experience as a regular consumer… the manager with a nose ring was extremely rude. We ordered directly from Jersey Mikes app and clearly we stated no mikes way. Well to our surprise it was made mikes way. We drove back and the manager was very defensive stated “I made those sandwiches there is nothing wrong with them and report the order”, she refused to remake the order and you cannot report an order from the JM app, again she refused to listen and assumed this was a DoorDash order. My husband was upset as a refund wasn’t even an option, I went inside as my husband was very upset. The manager with the nose ring in the middle stated she had already threw them away and didn’t want to grab them and had another employee grab them. It was full of oregano and I am allergic I mentioned. He was the one that offered a refund, I let him know as a business owner I would never treat a consumer this way. Not providing them an option for their mess up! She clearly does not enjoy her job and will be reaching out to corporate as I have a video of our interaction. came here tonight (4/3/2022) and got in 45 minutes before they closed. The "open" sign was on, but they had half of the lights off so we were not sure if they were still taking orders. The employees were also wiping down a counter and all talking so it was unclear what was going on. When we came in, all three employees rolled their eyes and looked extremely annoyed that we dare come in towards the end of the night. Then they were rude as they took our order and rang us up.. They also made BOTH of our sandwiches wrong, and when we went back to tell them, they blamed US.. The woman working said "well that's not what the ticket said" even though SHE was the one who took our order, and didn't even make a ticket... so it was entirely her fault for not writing down the specifics of what we asked for.
