I don’t expect much and even try to be super understanding, helpful, and reasonable whenever I shop here but employees won’t recognize that and will still be short or blunt. Items are incorrect or missing and you let the staff know and it’s a big fuss and attitude for something you paid for. I’d understand if I was adding something on last minute but I asked and ordered it and it’s not in my bag why are you giving me attitude for your mistake? Don’t even try to ask for extra sauce, depending on who your cashier is they’ll try to charge you for the “extra” and whenever they do I oblige but I let them know I need a receipt for it and suddenly they don’t need to charge anymore. Retaliation against your own paying customers isn’t a good vibe or experience.
To make it worse now they only take doordash orders after 10pm which is some new policy that I’ve never heard of and their ice cream machine is never functioning still after the McDonald’s company is facing a $900 million lawsuit over said machines, and whenever they don’t want to be reported to corporate for bad service the printer for receipts is broken. Don’t expect anything except maybe 1/10 good experiences and I truly feel when it is it’s because higher ups or corporate is in the store to cause such a miracle that it is to give halfway decent customer service.
Update: still one of if not the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Constantly getting cold food whenever I decide to place an mobile order before arriving to location, pulling up to speaker box and telling them I have a mobile order give them my code and go to the front window. Get my receipt move on and then get handed my drink and told to park in front where the delivery drivers usually pickup. Pull around and the whole place for pickup is full so I can’t park and have to double park in front of the walkway to the front doors. Wait over 10 minutes after arrival and telling them I had a mobile and then finally the worker comes out and goes to one car with all our orders and gives one car their food and turns back around to walk inside the store without giving anyone else their food. Thankfully the car next to me said something and their name to get their order to which I added on and said my name and that’s when the worker finally walked over to give us our food. Why was he going inside when they know they have so many people parked out there that they deliberately parked to try and save their previous drive thru time. Does it matter if the time is low if the quality of the food and service is dog water? Why am I waiting over 10 minutes for my food to be made but yet it’s arriving to me cold. That’s probably the biggest slap in the face because it literally seems like my food is sitting on a counter getting cold but because of the workers incompetence I have to eat a cold dinner. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt way to many times and from now on I will not be parking I’ll park at the window and wait for my food I hate doing that and would never at any other location except for this specific one and that’s saying...

2nd try: 30 min lunch break. waited for 5-7 min for the car in front of me to order. I then tried to order as fast as possible, I could feel this was a slow crew and it was going to take forever. I waited 20 min in line for the 3 cars, including myself. When I got to the window I got my drink and then the cashier disappeared for a few minutes. When he came back I told him I was on my lunch break and if my food wasn't ready I needed a refund quick and I had to go (he seemed high as hell). After more waiting I had to bang on the window to get someone. The manager came and I had the same Convo. She left and came back with $5 and I took it and left, I didn't have time to wait for correct change I was already late returning to work. This is my 2nd time coming here and not getting food because of poor and idiotic service. It makes me think about the crumbling society of America. If we cant trust adults to do the jobs that teens used to do what are we in tune for. People are woefully incompetent and common sense and intelligence are relics of the past. We can't even get people to work at Mcdonalds correctly, what about the rest of society. And they didn't even care, no apology, no nothing. America is doomed and I can see it through the failing and uneducated job force that we have and the pathetic individuals that we are trying to fix it with. People can barely complete a simple task, its frightening, its terrifying. Where do you even find adults like this. It's not just this place, its multiple fast food places and low wage jobs. People are either to stupid to do the work correctly or too entitled to care about doing it well. Swearing off fast...
Read moreTL;DR - Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's
I don't usually go to Mickey D's and definitely wouldn't take time to review one unless it was fantastic or terrible...in this case it was the latter for sure. Went through the drive through, which had a very long line, but it was lunch time so I expected that. Everything went smooth at first. I ordered, paid at the first window to a nice lady, then got to the pickup window. I ordered two meal things and the guy opened the window without looking out, or even saying anything, and handed a bag to me. The window shut while he went to get the drinks. I looked in the bag and noticed only 1 fries. When he came with the drinks, I asked if there was another order of fries coming since there's only one in the bag. He asked what I ordered, I told him, then he shut the window. A min later came back with another guy who rudely asked me if I ordered two cheeseburgers. I replied no, and told him what I did order. He said "Here, give me" and reached for the bag. I handed it to him then he asked me for the receipt, giving the bag back. So I handed that to him. He then asked "So what's the problem?" I start getting frustrated at this point... But I stay calm and say I'm missing an order of fries. He grabs the bag out of my hand and shuts the window. I see him throw an empty fry container in the bag, and then throw a scoop of fries in the bag after. The first guy slams the window open and practically throws it at me and shuts the window. I'm taken aback by this and want to go in there and give him a piece of my mind... But that wouldn't help anything so I left.
I won't be back that's for...
