Crumbl — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I have to admit, I'm a little slow to jump on the Crumbl Cookies bandwagon. The closest one to us before was in Redlands and that was just too far. My husband and I first tried Crumbl when one opened up in Upland about 1 year ago. My friends rave about it all the time. I saw this location in the works around summer of this year and they finally opened this month (Dec 2022)! This location is located in the Sprouts plaza (Day Creek and Baseline) but they are closer to where Tio's Mexican restaurant is where the Pilates place is.

I stopped in this morning to get my friend a cookie and gift card since it's her birthday and I know she loves Crumbl Cookies.

There's plenty of parking and the interior is light and bright; super clean. You can watch them prepare and bake the cookies. While I was there, I ended up getting some cookies for me and my husband. Since I've already tried their chocolate chip cookie, I got their weekly flavors to try. This weeks flavors are: Sea Salt Toffee, Peanut Butter Brittle, Molten Lava, Pecan Pie, Orange Roll, and Classic Pink Sugar. The owners were also in the shop this morning when I arrived. I found out that they own another Crumbl Cookies in Chino in addition to this one in Rancho. They told me if I download the app, then tomorrow they are giving away a free chocolate chip cookie to anyone who has the app. Well after purchasing the gift card, I have already earned some dollars on my app... sweet!

When I got home, I sampled the Molten Lava and Pecan Pie... OMG... so good. I'm looking forward to tasting the Sea Salt Toffee and the Peanut Butter...

Walked in to pick up an order of the egg nog tres leches cake . When I walked in, there were about 4 ladies working and I was the only customer that walked in but none of them spoke to me or greeted me so I went to the kiosk to place an order but I noticed that I had to order the cake individually instead of ordering the larger cake that was not on the menu . I walked up to the register and more customers walked in and one of the team members said to them (welcome in ) . I didn’t get greeted when I walked in nor did they ask if I needed help after standing at the register for a full minute. I hesitated to ask for help because they all saw me they all looked at me and ignored me and they all had unpleasant looks on their faces. It was uncomfortable. Finally I asked if I could get some assistance with the iPad I wanted to order the larger cake but the team member finally explained that I had to order the smaller cake individually. So I finished placing my order even though I felt like I should’ve went to a different location, because the team members are always unpleasant, impolite at this location . This wasn’t my first time dealing with this situation at this location. They seem to dislike being asked questions, they don’t speak nor do they make the atmosphere feel welcoming . I’m not sure why some people would like to work at a bakery that’s filled with sweets when they have terrible sour attitudes . It will make you not want to return back to this location. A bad experience can really ruin the reputation of that place , every one of those team members should...

Every week, I eagerly check the new cookie lineup, my excitement building as I imagine the flavors I’ll soon get to experience. Walking into the Crumbl store feels like stepping into a little piece of heaven. The sweet aroma of freshly baked cookies wraps around me, drawing me in like a comforting embrace.

When I see those cookies, perfectly baked and waiting for me, I can’t help but smile. Whether it’s the classic Milk Chocolate Chip, which never fails to satisfy, or an exciting new flavor I’ve never tried before, each one is a new adventure. There’s something magical about that first bite—the way the warm, gooey center melts in my mouth, the way the flavors dance on my tongue. It’s pure, unadulterated joy.

My friends like to joke that if Crumbl ever made a wedding cake, I’d be the first to say “I do.” Honestly, they’re probably right. Because Crumbl Cookies aren’t just a treat for me—they’re a source of comfort, celebration, and happiness. They brighten my toughest days and make the good ones even better.
