⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ They BRIBE CUSTOMERS FOR 5 STARS AND OFFER DISCOUNTS FYI!!!!!!

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ MOST REVIEWS ARE NOT TOTALLY LEGIT!!!!!!!!!

There's a reason why they only have a website and Not much social media!!@ CHECK ON THAT TRUTH! WEBSITE, that's all I could find! COULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO!!!!! JUST LEFT THIS PLACE, SAD!

You have to deal with the bad too. The food doesn't always come out perfect! and they couldn't deal with that and the truth.

They threatened to call the police on me and my 11yrs old son, after they burned my food and made my son cry and said that I would need to pay for the burned food they gave us and the new order if they made it as well.

The food item they gave us was totally different from the menu item as well. The man refused to let me speak to the owner. Told me NO! and said to pay. Also, in another language spoke to someone who he said was apparently the owner on the phone and NEVER let me speak to him myself as I requested to do.

I'm very upset that we were treated this way, probably because no one was there in the restaurant, only me and my son.

This was the first time I've come to this location to eat there and will NEVER go back. If they burn your food apparently you have to pay. He did say.. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE FOOD YOU DON'T HAVE TO, SO I TOLD HIM YES!

ITS BURNT AND HE SAID NO ITS FINE, WHO THE HECK FIGHTS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!

HE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO EVEN SPEAK TO THE CHEF, HE SAID... HE DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND THAT HE AS WELL DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL, BUT OH HE DID SPEAK GOOD ENOUGH TO THREATEN ME AND MY SON.

I DID NOT OK THIS TRANSACTION AND WILL FIGHT IT UNTIL THE END!!!! THEY THINK BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOOD RATINGS THAT THEY DON'T EVER DO WRONG AND THEY CAN'T TAKE TRUTH WHEN THEY DO WRONG.

I WANT THE OWNER TO CALL ME ASAP!!!!!! THIS ISN'T SPAM , IT IS MY HONEST EXPERIENCE TODAY, SAD AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY MADE MY SON CRY, BY...

I had high hopes for this place since I had not had dumplings in forever. Drive by the place and checked out the Google reviews and thought I was in for a treat.

It was a Sunday after a long hike, late afternoon. Not many people in the place. I took a seat by a window. The floor under the table was filthy and I tried not to smear around the food droppings. The overall appearance of the restaurant looked good enough though.

I ordered a green tea, chicken lemongrass dumplings, and noticed they offer a Tonkatsu ramen which is what I often get after my hikes so I get that too.

I was taken aback when the server came back with hot water in a paper cup. Turns out everything was served in disposable containers. What surprised me even more was that the green tea is Lipton, nothing at all what I expected which was something that perhaps had more Asian authenticity.

The ramen arrives and the presentation looked decent. Then I tasted it.

Bland. The broth had zero flavor profile. Plus, it had no body which meant it wasn’t a real tonkatsu broth. I tried putting in chili oil to help but it just made it spicy. Guess that’s what I get for ordering a Japanese dish at a Chinese restaurant.

Dumpling time. You would think this is their time to shine. Just looking at the wrapper I could tell these were not fresh.

They tasted only OK. I thought my hunger would power me through but I could force down only half the dumplings having lost my appetite from disappointment.

There wasn’t really an opening to comment because no one came to check on me and see how things were tasting. Even when they brought the check they didn’t ask if I wanted to take the dumplings home (I really didn’t).

Sadly, from this experience, I...

I discovered Dumpling Master through an Instagram video that highly recommended the place, so I saved it on Google Maps for a future visit to Rancho Cucamonga. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the glowing reviews I’d seen online.

This review focuses strictly on the food, as the service itself was not an issue.

I started with the cucumber salad, which was underwhelming. It tasted like plain cucumber with a hint of sesame oil but lacked seasoning or any depth of flavor. It was bland and forgettable.

Next, I ordered the pork and shrimp dumplings, which were a major disappointment. Upon biting into one, I noticed a strong, unpleasant pork odor that completely overshadowed the taste. The stench was so off-putting that I asked the waiter to confirm it, which they did. The smell suggested low-quality pork, possibly stored improperly, and it ruined my appetite for the rest of the meal.

I also tried the xiao long bao, which, unfortunately, had a similar porky odor. While the spices masked the smell somewhat, the overall dish was still lackluster. The dumplings were lukewarm when served, with barely any soup inside, which was a major letdown given their premium price. Serving only six xiao long baos of this quality for such a high price felt unreasonable.

Despite the positive reviews I’d seen, my experience was disappointing, and I can’t recommend Dumpling Master to others. If you’re looking for authentic and flavorful food, I suggest saving your time and money and exploring other...

Seriously, do you want to spend $100 for dumpling for three people? I suspect there are hundreds of better ways to spend your hard earned money elsewhere. First of all, portions were too small that we (one male and two females) had to order 7 dishes but still didn't feel full, and none of us is a glutton. Quality wise, there is nothing to suggest that it indeed is worthy of the price even considering inflation. Dumplings were just average, and Spicy Beef Noodle was poorly made. Cucumber Salad was the only dish we were somewhat satisfied with but you don't go there for salad. Whether it is boiled or potsticker, they use the same shape of dumpling, which must not be so. When you steam it, the shape of dumpling does not so much matter. But in potsticker cooking, you need to use a flat shaped dumpling in order to heat it evenly, which should result in dumpling crispy outside and juicy inside. However, what they serve is an ambiguous product in b/w boiled and potsticker, which has none of the both world. Spicy Beef Noodle was such a disaster that I had to take Pepto Bismol immediately to settle my stomach. Sesame Ball was mediocre at best, and Xiao Long Bao, too. Additionally, the attitude of the server was not highly commendable. If you still want to try, don't go there empty. Or better, just order a couple of dishes for to go as a trial so that you may not regret. Food: 1 out of 5 Service: 2 out of 5 Interior: 3 out of 5
