Krak Boba — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I've been a customer of this Krak Boba since June 2023. I downloaded their app and immediately received a $2 off coupon. The Dragon Slayer looked appealing to me so I ordered a large and added boba for an additional $0.75. With the $2 off my total came out to $5.35. I placed by order on a Friday at 11:07am and went to pick up my order with my dog. To my horror, there were zero parking spaces in this plaza at that time. This is such a terrible layout for parking and gets crowded in the mornings due to Broken Yolk being in the same plaza. Even the curbside pickup parking spaces were taken. I literally had to pull my car over with my dog inside with the hazards on to run inside to get my drink, which was already melted.

After that experience, it really deterred me from coming again and the next time I came was February 2024 when I ordered another Dragon Slayer because they had a Valentine's Day promotion/discount. My order came out to $5.80. This time I picked up my order closer to 2:00pm and parking was not an issue this time around. There really isn't any seating or place to hang out/study so this is mainly a place to get a drink to go.

A couple months later, I noticed that I had a Reward for a free drink for my birthday! Sweet! This time I got a large Sun Bright with boba.

The most recent time I came in was last week and I made sure that I came after Broken Yolk was closed. Again, parking was not an issue this time around. I tried the Taro Crush for the first time and added rainbow jelly. I didn't know they used actual taro in their drinks. They cut it up and cook it in the back, they add something to make it a deeper purple color, but it is actual taro and not just powder. I really liked that one and would definitely...

We love Krak Boba but…. Bad service today! I ordered online at 2:11, and when I arrived, they said it was being prepared. I went out and came back to get it, but it still wasn't ready. As I watched the lady prepare the orders, she was preparing everything before sealing them. Since my child had to go to class at 2:30, I had to leave at 2:23, and it still wasn't ready. The point is, if you order online, it's supposed to be ready when you arrive or wait, but not from 2:11 to 2:23. It's acceptable, however, if you will finish all the orders before sealing the cups. What do you think? If the staff finishes all the orders at once, what's the use of ordering online? I should have just gone to the line in person and ordered it. I respect that this may be the procedure, but ordering online isn't serving its purpose. I'm not blaming anyone, or that it's not your fault that my child had a class or was late, but I always do this: when I arrive, I get my order in seconds, as in that quick! But today, this was my first time to see or experience this!

I ordered the The Queen and its a smoothie and it was warm the hot boba they put in it melted the drink, it was not good nor close to being a smoothie ive have this drink before and is why I came again , I asked why is the drink melted and the boba so warm ( i knew why) the lady said because we just made the boba and its hot . I was dumbfounded because okay so why are you making drinks smoothies etc with hot boba for ? She seemed irritated and said ,ill make u another. Ok so no lie the bottom of that drink was hotter then the 1st . So then I became irritated and walked out and ended up tossing it , I spent 15 dollars on 2 smoothies that went in the trash when I should of just asked for my money back before I tossed it . I thought about it before I made this post because I really dont enjoy making these kinds of ratings especially when its not my 1st time but it was the whole experience this time that was bothersome and didnt need to happen instead they should of made it be k own that the boba is hot at the moment so that a melted drink...
