I visited this restaurant on October 25th 2020. I pulled up to a crowded parking lot with no one in sight. I placed my order in my car as I was not decently dressed and my boyfriend was going to go inside to pick up my order. When I called, I asked if they were open for dining. They told me only outdoor dining and takeout (NO ONE was outside). I placed my order and waited about 30 minutes. My boyfriend went inside and ran right back outside, hysterical, claiming there were 150+ people inside this restaurant! The current restrictions for COVID is not only NO indoor dining but NO ONE in this establishment was 6 feet apart. I have reported this as well. This place is lying.
After that, my boyfriend came outside saying they wouldn't accept my mom's card because she wasn't present. My mom is 60 years old and doesn't go out due to medical conditions. I was enraged. I got out and went inside, again not dressed properly. I demanded to what I assume was a manager, what the issue was and why he made me get off my vehicle how I was dressed with a restaurant FULL of people. Complete embarrassment!!! He responded with "No one told you to come in dressed like that". ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I also asked him why his restaurant was full of people against guidelines and he did not respond. I got my mom on the phone to authorize the transaction and then reported the establishment.
Sad thing is, I worked at Wings and Rings in Edinburg, TX and we did not treat our customers like this....

If you prefer your food to go, and get there when you're advised in the confirmation email, but you also want to wait an extra 20 min because they haven't even started your order yet, then this is the place for you. If you like to order extras sides, and get most of them, but not all of them, this is the place for you. The food is actually pretty good, but the service can be pretty bad... This has been the case for most of our take out interactions.
When we eat in, the waitresses are usually nice, and we get better service.
I know people have bad days at work. I realize that I don't know what that person is going through or what kind of day they've had, but you know what? They don't know what kind of day I've had either. I also know that there are a lot of new workers out there, but this happened before COVID, and they continue with...
