Came here for the first time on aug 22, '24 and was very impressed. The manager or owner seated me and it didn't take very long for me to get spring rolls and the pho. the quality of the food seems very top notch and clean, the produce was very fresh, the spring rolls appeared to have just been made and were quite springy as they should be. the meats in the pho were also on the same level, just really great quality. the broth, possibly being the underdog of the show was a solid 9/10, very well flavored. i do wish i tried the filet but that was a different price point that i will try out next time.
also would've liked to see tendon to be available here but its not even an issue. the decor was probably the best I've ever seen in a pho restaurant which really blew away any expectations i had. i usually dont expect much but only rarely will i goto a hole in the wall. this place is not that at all, you can bring family or a date here easily and it'll be assured that the atmosphere is very comfortable. the service was good, staff was friendly although i didn't get to talk to them much. the bathrooms are like another experience all over again, beautiful art and decor, very clean obviously.
I'm not a shill in any way, just love seeing such care and attention poured into someone's passion, especially a pho restaurant. love that. the only thing i would change is maybe is the silver bowls which i thought would be stainless steel. but im just weird that way and nit picky about materials, not a complaint at all. 100% going back soon, Rancho finally has a very decent...

Order the Bo Ne and salted ice coffee. The Bo Ne has patte, filet migin, sunny side up fried egg and cooked to perfection and very tasty.
Fanny, service staff, was friendly, attentive, and provided service with a smile. She provided me a sample of their Che (desert) which was good. Leann, restaurant’s owner, was very delightful. Leann provided and recommended me to try their banana ice cream (Kem Chui) which was the “bomb” (explosion of flavors). This is the best desert I had in years. I highly recommend ordering this desert.
The restaurant decoration is beautiful with nice painting and light fixtures. They played high vibe music.
I’ll be returning to try out the other menu items. Great cooking and fusion ideas of traditional Vietnamese foods. Bravo Leann!
Note to restaurant owner(s) for improvement: Make menu printing larger to accommodate older customers. Increase portion size based on your current pricing. This will serve as marketing to bring more customers without spending more money on advertising. The current portion may not be enough for a regular man’s appetite.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Read moreWent here for a casual dinner date and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. The place is small, but it has a cozy atmosphere and everything was clean and well-kept.
Since it was my first time, I ordered the pho combination to try what they’re known for. It ended up being one of the best bowls of pho I’ve had in a while. The broth was rich and flavorful without being too oily, and the balance of flavors was just right. There was plenty of noodles and meat, and with the large bowl, they offer free noodle refills. I usually don’t go for seconds, but I did this time because it was that good.
What really stood out was how relaxed and comfortable everything felt. After we finished eating, we stayed for a few hours just hanging out. The staff checked in with water refills and never made us feel rushed or like we had to leave.
Overall, this is a spot I’m definitely...
