never deal with megan the psycho manager. rather than solving the problem, she is yelling at you and calling you rude because you're trying to explain something to her. she won't let you talk and will keep cutting you off and then giving you the weirdest excuses she can possibly come up with. our food came 45 minutes late. if you try to tell megan that, she will tell you that it's because 100000000 excuses she can come up with at the moment. if you tell her your food came cold, she will give you another 10000000 excuses that it's impossible for your food to arrive cold O_o it arrived 45 minutes after they made it!!! the food isn't going to be hot!!! but megan will refuse to accept it. she will tell you that it was in the heat rack and then the heat pack and then the heat bag. but she's not able to accept that our food was roaming around in a car for 45 minutes... it wasn't even warm. my hot wings were soggy and cold even after being in the HEAT BAG that she kept repeating herself trying to make sure that i'm buying her excuses. she proudly presented herself as the manager when you call and ask for a manger, but she didn't act like one and didn't solve the problem professionally. all we wanted was a replacement for the cold meal we got after spending almost $60. they can come back and take all the food back if they wanted to... it's not even warm anymore. we just wanted hot food which we paid for and the delivery fee for it. would you enjoy spending $60 for cold food? she solved nothing and started screaming over the phone, but with every word she is saying, she blamed the customer O_o we paid and we wanted our hot food. it's simple. they took our money and gave us cold food... so, why is megan the one upset? she is very unprofessional and childish. blaming the customer when we did nothing wrong... she is supposedly the manager in charge and ruined people's dinner. why do they hire such people like megan as managers? it makes no sense. help solve the problem rather than giving so many excuses. geez!!! you're not fit to be a manger, megan. you have serious issues!!! you can't freak out on people like that!!! calling customers names and refuses to accept the fact that our food was delivered cold after 45 minutes of roaming around in a car somewhere. you're so rude!!! you're...

The second to last time we ordered from this location it was super late and the delivery guy smelled and looked like he had parked somewhere to smoke a bunch of weed before finally delivering our very cold food. The last time we ordered from there was over a year ago and there were bits of chicken bone on one of the pizzas that had chicken on it. We had to contact higher up because the store wouldn't respond. Decided to give it another chance and everything was cold. Every bread item tasted like cardboard from the pizza to dessert to bread sides. And I dont know how they did it but even the individual pieces of toppings from veggies to meats didnt taste like anything. I dont know how you remove the flavor from bellpepper but they did. The chicken sides were super soggy. The only item that wasnt bad was the 2 liter. We literally threw half the order away because nobody was going to eat it. I dont know if the flavorless dough is a location issue or a company issue but that on top of the previous issues from this location have completely turned all of us off this company for good. And that sucks because they do have the best menu of all the pizza places but I'd rather have decent food...

I usually don’t go to Domino’s pizza. Apparently how they determine how much toppings goes on the pizza is by weighing the pizza on a scale and then adding a certain number of toppings until it reaches a certain weight. At least that is what the Hispanic girl worker told me here at this location. Now I’ve been buying pizza all my life. I have never heard of this method of weighing a pizza to determine the amount of toppings that goes on the pizza. Now I ordered my pizza with extra green peppers which as you can see there isn’t that much green peppers. She got the extra pepperoni part right and that was it! If it wasn’t for the promo, this pizza would’ve cost me over $30. I would just go to MOD Pizza or Blaze Pizza or Pizza Hut but not the on in Archibald and Foothill because they’re also cheap asses when it comes to toppings, even after paying more money for extra toppings.
