Grand Burger — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I paid $23.20 and in addition another four dollars for a little thing of guacamole because it didn’t come with the taquitos that I ordered three potato taquitos for 4.49 then I ordered French toast combo which came with two slices of bacon three pieces of French toast and the eggs were missing. I got home and I called and they said they could call me for two eggs. My total came out to $30 for this crappy breakfast, I am not going back. I’m giving my business to Tams May cost close to this, but they gave you a lot of food or your money and this place I don’t know what’s happened to it. They have gotten stingy with their food and then they forget to put the food in your bag and give you a hard time about it so I have had it with this place. I’m never going back. This used to be a great place. Quality of food and service has gone down, prices have had hefty increases. Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. No other cars were in the drive thru.Microphone was on and I could hear them inside. I kept beeping my horn and saying hello, no response. I finally drove around to the window. I had to beep my horn 3 times and finally someone came to the window. I asked if their intercom was out of order. I was told no, they were just busy? BUSY? There were 2 customers inside. First time here. Burger was bigger than expected which was great! The fries were fresh and thick cut... much better than thin, over-salted and stale ones you might find at a big chain restaurant. My only small complaint (which is COVID related) was the lack of table condiments; I got a few ketchup, salt and pepper packets. Sure I could've asked for more but it's nice to have them at the table while dining. Overall, I had a great experience there and would return to try out their other offerings.
