Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

The food here is normally what you would expect from a weinerschnitzle. It's hot and fresh most of the tike but never guaranteed, and like many weinerschnitzle restaurants they are slow. Unfortunately this one shares the same manager as the one in upland by the Arby's. I have been to both and I noticed that when that specific manager is there things really get backed up. She is a friendly woman but for some reason no matter the location things will be slow. I have seen her take supplies back and forth from the two restaurants so I'm not sure if that may have something to do with it but no matter the time of day expect to wait a long time and have your money ready because more than likely someone will step out of the restaurant to collect before you even reach the window.

I've also had the occasional visit where they take my money and bring my food while I wait behind cars which is a big no no since I am now stuck with food that is getting cold as I wait for them to make the order for cars in front. This franchise location has been recently remodeled and they added an ADA approved wheel chair ramp and rail, and is owned and operated by an awesome family that hire employees who are friendly and polite, on my most recent visit I had the pleasure of interacting with Israel, I'm a car guy, particularly an old Pontiac car guy and I was wearing one of my many Pontiac themed T-shirts that Israel commented on, and said that he and his father had restored an 80's Trans Am that is his daily driver and parked outside.... making that personal connection is very important with good customer service and makes people comfortable when spending their hard earned money 💰 , whether it be hot dogs for lunch, or a new...

I ordered my lunch through Postmates website and for some reason the postmates driver was taking forever to pick up my lunch , then the Postmates driver was switched by this time it had been 45 minutes. So I called wienersnitzel and told them not to process my order because the food would be cold and cold French fries well there is no way to make them warm again and even taste good! So the manager explained that she couldn’t help the fact that Postmates is taking extraordinarily longer than usual but she would make an exception so that I would have warm food when it was delivered and for that I gave 10 stars for her Customer Service!
