The taquitos, corn in a cup and rice are great. Service is good and everyone seemed friendly. My only recommendation is to pay closer attention to accuracy. I paid for extra mild sauce on the side only to get home and realize I was given the spicy sauce. I also ordered 4 beef taquitos and one potato taquito but was given five beef taquitos. I know they just opened and it might take some time to iron out the kinks but the taquitos taste great and I’ll definitely give them another chance.
EDIT: haven’t placed an order since I wrote the above review but we tried it again yesterday. Placed a mobile order via the app. Ordered sour cream and cheese on top of the taquitos and the Rolle Em Up sauce and green sauce on the side. When I got home with the order, I discovered the green sauce and cheese were on top of the taquitos, and the sour cream and Roll ‘Em Up sauce were completely missing. I looked back at my order and it was clear as day how I ordered them. And it’s impossible to scrape off the green sauce when it’s mixed in with the cheese. It was a mess. Why bother asking how I want them if you’re going to ignore it? I excused the errors right after they opened but they’ve been open long enough now that these mistakes should not continue to happen. The owners need to hire people with greater...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at the Roll-Em-Up location on Day Creek in Rancho Cucamonga. I ordered two 4-packs of taquitos: one with everything on the side and one mild. I was initially charged incorrectly for a combo meal, but this was resolved after I brought it to Ana C.'s attention. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the plain taquitos had cheese on them, which is a serious allergen. Given the late hour (around 9:20 PM) and the store's closing time of 9:30 PM, I rushed back to the restaurant to address the issue. Unfortunately, Ana's attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. I requested a remake of the entire order to avoid the risk of soggy, sauce-soaked taquitos. Manager Manny, while acknowledging the situation, did not offer a satisfactory solution. Furthermore, when I asked for the General Manager's information, Manny stated that I could only contact corporate and refused to provide the GM's name. This is an unprecedented and disappointing response. While we have enjoyed Roll-Em-Up in the past, this recent experience has left us disheartened and...
Read moreFoods not bad. But not great. Been here about 4 times. There's usually something that's an issue but nothing worth complaining about. That being said everytime I've been here, I get the unsweetened iced tea. Which you have to get your own ice for, then take it back, and wait for someone to fill it up, which is a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world. This visit, I do the same and they see me waiting at the counter with my cup and don't ask to help. Mind you, we're the only guests in the restaurant. So I ask if they could fill me up with some tea. Just for her to say, oh sorry but that's an upcharge. Which is a bit confusing as it has never been, and the menu doesn't not state that anywhere. I don't know if it was the change, or the poor attitude that it was presented to me in, either way it was...
