I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the newly renovated McDonald's on Haven in Rancho Cucamonga, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment.
My late-night drive-thru order turned into a never-ending nightmare as the workers seemed more interested in pretending to be busy than actually serving customers efficiently. Despite placing a big order of 40 McNuggets and a few burgers, we were given a measly six sauces. Are they serious?
To make matters worse, we were left waiting at the window for a mind-boggling 30 minutes while the workers casually strolled past us multiple times. Finally, when someone bothered to acknowledge our presence, their attitude was abysmal. The worker had the audacity to claim that they had given us everything we asked for and refused to provide more sauce.
After what felt like an eternity, the worker reluctantly called the manager, Clifton, who turned out to be even more unpleasant. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, Clifton decided to argue with me about the sauce situation. I mean, seriously? Is this how they treat their customers?
In the end, they begrudgingly threw a few extra sauces into a bag and handed it to us, claiming it was all they could do. As if that wasn't bad enough, they had the audacity to suggest that if we had any further complaints, we should call corporate.
Overall, my experience at this newly renovated McDonald's was nothing short of a disaster. The service was the worst I have ever encountered in the fast-food industry, and the staff's poor attitudes only added insult to injury. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at this establishment to think twice and save themselves the...
Read moreBrought five people here today to eat. We waited over 25 minutes for our food, they took our order down off of the screen and kept telling us it would be ready shortly. Once we received our order there was only one meal out of five that had been made the way that we requested. I had picky children with me but they like McDonald's so we went to McDonald's to feed everybody and I ended up paying $45 for food that nobody wanted to eat because it wasn't made properly. Everybody's french fries were very cold and when I got the drinks they were spilling soda onto my hand and on to the outside of the cup which was not super fun with four children who have been waiting 25 minutes for their food. The tables were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. My meal was the only one that was made properly though it was sloppily thrown in the Box I wish everybody else's meals would have been made properly because you always want the children to be the one who eat their food. After waiting all this time along with several other agitated patrons we did not have time to ask them to remake everybody's food so the children ended up mostly taking one bite of their burgers and we had to throw them away and leave because we were out of time. Our receipt was accurate, there were receipts on the food boxes that were accurate but everything was made wring. Kids didn't want onions, sauce, stuff like that. Last time I went to this location I also had a bad experience. Tables were dirty, bathroom was dirty, soda spilled everywhere, lobby full of annoyed people. I would have asked for a refund but I had four children with me and that...
Read moreThis is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to! We ordered from the kiosk and it didn’t spit out the order ticket to take to the window to get your food. They were out of the drink we wanted, iced tea! We asked for water instead and they wanted to charge us more. My wife’s hamburger was sitting there getting cold while I waited for my Quarter pounder with cheese. Some people two Orders behind us got their food order before us. Some young man came over and said thee was problem with my quarter pounder and my wife stated that she didn’t want the cold burger that had been sitting there. He assured her that she would get a fresh hot one. We got our food finally and walked to the parking lot with our food. Her burger was cold , it was the same one. Worse yet, it was completely dry with no ketchup, pickles or mustard. I went back in to ask for ketchup and mustard, and was told they didn’t have any. I went back to the car to offer my quarter pounder to my wife and when I opened it up, it was burnt black on one side and it was not a quarter pounder with cheese, it was a regular hamburger,no cheese, and dry also. We either got someone else’s order, who likes their burgers burnt and dry , or this place is the worst imaginable. Either way, the fries were cold and unsalted also. Just a bunch of young kids, on their first day on the job, with no manager on duty is what it seemed like. Unbelievable! Don’t go there! Oh,almost forgot...it...
