Whoever owns this Wendy's franchise should be ashamed of themselves. This Wendy's used to be the go-to for very good food and quality service. The employees seem to care and mean well for the most part, however the the last 5 times I've visited the quality has seemed to have diminished exponentially.
The food comes out the window wrong 9/10 times. The employees seem to work at whatever pace is convenient to them. I have spent over 2 hours in their drive through over 3 visits in the last few weeks.
This Wendy's would likely benefit from closing down temporarily and getting someone from corporate who cares about the Wendy's name to come down and sort everything and give it a fresh start. They are barely operational at this point.
Very disappointing to see the employees drowning in simple orders and having to remake food because they're throwing orders out to customers without checking.
Even better, the doors are all locked on the restaurant so if they do get your order wrong (which is very likely) you have to go back through the hellacious nightmare that is their drive thru in order to correct it.
If you see a line of more than 2 cars, skip it and pick a...
Read moreAs I walked in there was no acknowledgment of me being there. I waited for approximately 3-5 minutes before “I” decided there was no counter service and if I wanted to eat a Wendy’s meal I had to order at the kiosk. I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and 10 pcs chicken nuggets. I was told it was gonna be 7-10 minutes for the chicken and I agreed. A number that was not mine was called out and the person was staring directly at me. I asked if the number that was given to me by the kiosk was the order she mentioned to call and she said yes. As I picked my food up, she stated she had given me a free 6 pc nuggets. I thanked her and left the building and parking lot without checking my food (silly me I know). Once I got home and settled in I opened the bag and my food, to my surprise, the expensive sandwich I paid for was not there. What was there is the original plain chicken sandwich not even spicy. Moral of this story, you earn your money and you want what you pay for, check your bag. I paid for 10-11 dollar item and received a $4 item. At least I got a free six piece nugget I guess. And I wasn’t given a receipt from the kiosk or...
Read moreI’m not from Los Angeles, CA but this is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too! I went through drive through 15 minutes before they were closing and asked for a double cheeseburger combo with only MAYO! and when I saw what was on my burger (ketchup, tomato and lettuce) I straight away went back through drive thru at the second window, and what I did was honked my horn 2 times and one of the black man kept looking at me and not even bothering to ask what is wrong, he just completely ignored me and once he did that I knocked on their window more than 5 times to get their attention but the same black man just looked at me and put his blue earpods in, then when I honked again a white old man saw me and ignored me also! after that I once AGAIN knocked on their window and the black man just gave a body lan saying “i dont know” so after probably 20 mins of trying ot get my order right I decided to leave because those workers dont care about their customers as I am extremely allergic to those things, and if I ate that burger without checking I would’ve died, or would’ve been put in the hospital because of how extremely allergic I am to...
