THEY "" NEVER "" TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. IF YOU COMPLAIN THEIR RESPONSE IS WE DONT HAVE TO SERVE YOU . * TODAY THEY FORGOT THE FRYS SO I HAD TO GET BACK IN MY CAR DRIVE BACK TO THE RESTAURANT. I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE 4 FRESH FISH SANDWICHES MADE AGAIN FRESH BECAUSE I KNEW THEY WOULD BE COLD AND I WANTED FRESH FRYS AS WELL. I TOOK AN INK PEN FROM GLOVE BOX MARKED BOTTOM OF SANDWICHES. THEY ARGUED THAT THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR FRYS, I SAID NO SHE HANDED ME THE BAG AND SAID HAVE A NICE DAY. WE GOT HOME THE FRYS HAD SUNK DOWN IN THE FRYS CONTAINER AND WERE COLD AND SOGGY. WE LOOKED AT THE BOTTOM OF SANDWICHE BOXES AND THERE WAS MY X's ON EVERY SANDWICH. THEY TOLD ME THE FRYS AND SANDWICH WAS NEW AND FRESH. " THEY LIED AGAIN." VERY DISHONEST EMPLOYEES THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. MY DISABLED VETERAN HUSBAND TBI ASKED FOR ANOTHER DRINK BECAUSE HE WAS THIRSTY AND DRIVING TO AND FROM HE DRANK HIS DRINK, THEY EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE HIM ANOTHER ONE. I GUESS ""MY TIME AND GAS"" GOING BACK IN FORTH IS NO SKIN OF THEIR TEETH BUT IT SURE WAS AGGRAVATING FOR ME. THEY SHOWED NO HOSPITALITY ONLY GAVE EXCUSES FOR WHAT TRANSPIRED. THE FRYS WERE GROSS OF COURSE SO WE THREW THEM OUT "WAST OF OUR MONEY" AND ATE OUR COLD FRYED FISH SANDWICHES. THEY KNOW US THERE, WE USED TO GO OFTEN. AND IVE MADE COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST WHEN THEY'VE MADE MISTAKES BY CALLING THEM, AND CORPORATE. BUT CORPORATE ALWAYS SIDES WITH WHATEVER STORY THEY TELL THEM. SO NOW CALLING CORPORATE HAS BECOME USELESS. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS AROUND HERE, " IN AND OUT" AND "WINDYS", KFC, BAJA FRESH, ALL ON THE SAME STREET AS MCDONALD'S. AND SO MANY OTHER PLACES TO GO TOO. WE USED TO SPEND AN AVERAGE OF 400.00 A MONTH THERE, NO LONGER. NOT...

Food not the best or worst. Due to really high prices I focus on the bargain meals. Large drinks are NOT 1$ anymore. Service was exceptional! I'm bummed I missed the guys name. Very new "green" staff, being trained by someone else with no humor. He took my McDouble pair special order for 4$ with stride. Challenged him with the no catsup/mustard add McSauce n lettuce request. Easy once you've done it once. Atmosphere, lots of people inside here and outside drive thru here. This place is making $$$, ka-ching! They had a local group event, happy peeps. Locals teens to elders all sitting enjoying. McDs, have your Manger's/Owners sit sometime in the dining room and listen... You'll probably notice the audio klaxon of the fryers and other alarms from be the kitchen. Is it a useful alarm if it goes off constantly? Does this audio din remove anything from your customers enjoyment? No comment on restrooms, no visit. Will edit if I see them next time. There is a play place here too but no comment. Parking is a bit slim here the enterance for their beloved ca$h cow drive-thru is here. So lots of traffic. For the volume of guests slim on parking. Paid over $50 on app and no food! Used the app because I thought it would be faster and convenient for a larger order. Credit card was charged and email receipt sent. When I got to the the restaurant, app would not let me enter my parking spot #, so I went inside the restaurant to pick up. Manager said they didn't have my order because I hadn't checked-in on the app, but app won't let me check-in! After over half hour of waiting and back and forth, showing her the app and the email receipt confirming payment, she said there was nothing she could do and that was it. So no food, and over $50 charged to my credit card. Ended up going to a different restaurant for the meal. When I got home, confirmed my credit card had been charged, and now I have to dispute the charges. So much for fast and convenient! Absolutely horrible experience and totally incompetent management!
