Warning! Warning! Warning! Tried to purchase a basic single pillow for camping. pillow had no price, asian woman at the register with major attitude wanted to charge me $21 just took price from another package on the counter with one more expensive orthopedic pillow not even looking like the basic pillow i wanted to purchase. She just stated ,, this how we do it in Ross,, Wow? Another register clerk lady stated that this pillow is from pack of two witch sells right now for $13.25 before 30% discount that is about $9.27(For Two Pillows) now the punch line from The Crook Manager Jesse...he look at the pillow, made up a number in his head and placed a label on for $9.99 and stated that is my bottom line..I told him to keep it. Jesse The Manager was a crook, very dishonest young man who would not look at me straight at my face, his eyes wondering somewhere on the floor. It dos seems like Rancho Santa Margarita Ross Dress for Less employs crooks who are scamming customers any way they want with the OK of Jesse as their Crook Manager...very sad !! Just for the record...I went next door to Target clean store and purchased same type of pillow for for $3.57. Please don't waste your time to shop in this dirty store with dishonest manager Jesse and rip off artist employees. governmental agencies will be contacted for overside participation in this matter.

My Husband, Daughter, and I went to the Rancho Santa Margarita Ross Sunday 5/21/2023 around 7 pm or so. My Daugther went to the dressing room to try a couple of dresses My husband and I waited outside the dressing room. A MALE employee went inside the woman's dressing room my I ran inside the dressing room and the Male employee knew that my daughter is still inside even after seeing me standing by the door. this male employee did not leave the dressing room. Also, he followed us asked my daughter if the loose change are hers.. That was very alarming to me. I can't believe this just happened. This male employee has no business inside the dressing room while a young 12yrs old is still inside the dressing room he did not leave the dressing room. Entered Ross at 10:15 pm and was told It was closing in 5 min…… we asked again since the sign outside says 11 pm and the same person we asked her again and she repeated to say yes we close in 5 min. Her name was layah short in heaight and blonde hair. I do not know why she is trying to leave early or get home quick or maybe it’s just time to get a new job for her if she doesn’t like the closing shift super rude: later on she was saying the store closed at 11 pm but to have asked her face to face and told the same answer we as a family were confused to the attitude she has. The only way she greets customers at this store is to yell this everytime they come in Ross will lose some Customers thanks to this rude customer service everyone is receiving all we want to do is shop not be greeted with someone trying to leave early...
