Luna Grill Rancho Santa Margarita — Restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita

The RSM Luna grill can't get my order correct. After 8 attempts it's still wrong (and each order is different). I order a Mediterranean Salad with Kabob chicken to go. This last time, the older lady at the register asked me what I wanted. I said "Mediterranean Salad with kabob Chicken." She then asked me which Med. Salad (there's only one). So I read the description. Next she asked "Kabob chicken or grilled". I said "Kabob". I also asked for Knife and Fork. When it was ready, I checked and the Knife and Fork were there. When I got to my office, I noticed there was no chicken. I looked at the receipt, and she didn't order the chicken for the salad. There was also no lemon wedge for the salad either. My first order didn't come with Knife and Fork (I didn't know you had to specify this). Another order, I specified K&F when I ordered, and when I got to my office, no utensils. Another order didn't come with the pita. I like the food, but I would like it to be consistent. Now I beginning to wonder, what is the recipe for a Mediterranean Salad? Does it come with lemon wedges? How many? I think I may travel to another Luna Grill to see what service is...

I always go into a place and give it a try if I haven’t had it before with the benefit of the doubt. But, I was dissapointed. I spent about $28 on two meal that were bland and quite tasteless( and no, I didn’t order any drinks). The side salad is a joke, the chicken in my signature bowl was so quickly cooked that it was tough on the outside. My partner ordered the mahi-mahi signature bowl, which was also lacking taste. The rice in both dishes honestly had an plastic taste to it- I don’t know if it was at the bottom of the batch of something? Overall the best part of my meal was the pita bread, which luckily I paid for an extra side of it. If your a foodie like me and you enjoy different flavors, this is not the most delectable of the Mediterranean variety of food places. Same style as Grill Hut, but the food is flavorful...

If you're looking for a healthy fast food place for a reasonable price this is the place for you. They're very consistent with their services and offer a kind welcoming to incoming customers. One employee that's stands out to me on my visits to Luna Grill is Will. Will provides a great assistance to those that are new to Luna Grill and to consistent goers like me. Updated review- I would like to update this review real quick and say that I had another great experience at Luna Grill! The food was fresh, tasty, and came out quickly. I also want to give a shoutout to William he was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. Great service makes all the difference. I’m Definitely making myself a consistent customer at Luna grill. You guys are definitely my go to for lunches and dinners...
