I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO DON'T EVEN GET SPRINT SERVICE AT ALL BUT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. ITS MY FIRST TIME EVER IM WRITING A REVIEW AND ITS BECAUSE WHAT THESE GUYS DID TO ME WAS UNBLIVABLE. I went there to upgrade the crappy phones they gave me for free but apparently it wasn't free and in order to upgrade they asked to pay $200 for each phone ($800 total for 4 phones ) and also they asked for like $200 down payment for each iphone I was buying plus taxes and fees which became total of roughly $2k. I agreed to pay and I had cash but they said they do not accept cash and since its a large amount of money, somehow they felt is more secure to pay with card and didn't want take cash . I agreed and I went to the grocery store close by and load that money to my debit card since it was the fastest way to load that much money without paying any fees and also I loaded to my debit card which is a legit bank account with extra options that let you load money to it in some grocery stores . So I went back and with the money added to my debit card and when I tried to pay with my card they said it failed and doesn't go through. I called my bank and confirmed there was no block on the transaction and it was from sprints end that didn't take the payment. So I told them that its their system that doesn't take the payment. She went and asked her manager and now they came up with a new story , they said they don't take that particular card that I was using. Ok right. I've had this account for years and used my visa debit card all the time and never had a single issue. They said if I can transfer it to another bank. I searched on the map and found the closest manor bank was bank of America which I don't have an account but my friend who was with me had one and asked him if I can transfer money to his account and we use his card and he agreed. It took use half an hour for that transfer and I almost paid $100 in fees only because first, every app we tried sending money either has limit or blocked the transaction because it was large amount and I had to send it in 5-6 transfers and each one has some sort of fees like cash app charges 1% for instant transfer. Anyway we were able to transfer the money after like half an hour and we went back to store and now guess what happened ! This is what we were told: we are sorry but we are not able to do the transaction for you at this time . Me: why. Sprint: because we felt like this could be some sort of fraud and we are not able to do this. I'm not even kidding. That's exactly what we were told . Basically they called us thief . Are you kidding me ? I was paying $2k to them and originally I wanted to pay cash it means I had the money and didn't plan to pay and dispute it or anything but THEY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE IT. Then for 3-4 hours I was following the absolutely non sense orders that they were making to make that transaction happen and I can get my phones. Now, we were called thief and fraudsters and got kicked out. I asked the worker there to call her manager and who ever that said they are not able to process the order, she called and hand me the phone and that's what the respond was: we are not able to do that. I told him that they waisted my time and if they are not able to do that they should have told us 4 hours ago , not right now. And again this is the respond: I'm gonna call the security ! I asked him multiple times the reason but he was keep telling me he is calling for security like a little girl. This was absolutely offensive and I was called ' fraudster' and refused service for absolutely no reason which could be in resault of discrimination since there was no reasonable explanation given and whoever decided that way, better have some sort of explanation for this to defend...
Read moreZero stars would better describe my experience there the last 2 weeks. I was lied to and they wasted hours of my time. I don’t trust anyone at that store. Received misguided info and I had to walk out of the store with my issue unresolved. Take your business to Verizon, T mobile or somewhere else cause these guys are a bunch of thieves!!!
Payman was my sales rep and I feel like he was lying to me from the minute we exchanged information. We tried to use a current promotion and after 45 minutes or so of getting the new phone set up and agreeing on a new upgrade I was told that I didn’t qualify for the promotion. Deceiving at best. Then when I receive an email telling me of another promotion from sprint they won’t honor it cause it expired. I contacted the rep and explained my situation. I couldn’t make it into the store that day but said I would be back before the 14 day return period ended. He said that would be fine, no problems.
I returned within the 14 day window to return the phone and receive the promotion price. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by Payman again. He listened to my problem and went ahead and initiated the switch in my account to receive the phone for the promotion price I wanted, or so it appeared. He than told me to come back the next day and I could finish making the switch.
I came back the next day and Payman is not there. Now it’s 15 days past my purchase date and I’m getting flak about being past the return window of 14 days. I told the person there I was in the store to take care of this yesterday. Was told to come back and that’s when things went from bad to worse.
I am now waiting for a call from the district manager. Who knows how long that will take. I’m so ready to take my business elsewhere. We’ve been with sprint for almost 20 years and to treat a longtime customer like this is unacceptable!!!
Buyer beware!!! A bunch of crafty...
Read moreI don’t think it is operating at its best efficiency. There is no system such as check in text or call you when it’s your turn. They keep saying earnestly “ we will be right with you “ but that could mean 5 minutes or an hour like I waited. When I was being helped by Ethan we were interrupted several times , he was trying his best in a tough situation. I was there 3 hours and did not leave with a phone or finish the transaction. I went back the next day and luckily it wasn’t usu so I was content; however, the manager interrogated us to teymy salesperson she could take a break which would have slowed everything down but thankfully she said o and finished my transaction. After I decided I wanted a different phone 7 days into the 14 day window I was told false information about the process to change phones, they already sent tirade in back also. I went to the Mission Viejo store where I received excellent customer service and with their guidance to call 611 to resolve the issue of my trade in being returned so I could still get the full credit without the physical device. I was told at RSM by the manager I couldn’t get my trade in credit. I am a loyal T-Mobile customer for 13 years and never experienced problems like this. I’ll continue to support the Awesome staff at Mission Viejo. It takes a great manager to run a great...
