Capri's Pizza — Restaurant in Randleman

Gave this place 5 tries trying different foods and our entire family has disliked every time. I wanted to like it, but all the food has changed from what capris use to be. Nothing looks or even taste the same. I've dined in and had delivery and dine in was better, but not great either.

Capris had the best wings in town and now the worst we've ever eaten. I really can't understand where the good reviews are coming from, because the food is truly not good anymore and if there is something we've tried that seemed ok, it is just mediocre.

I think the new management is nice, but that's about all I can say. The food just isn't good and every time we've felt nauseous after and in the bathroom. I really debated leaving the review, but this place really should just change the name, because they will never live up to the former Capris food or it wld be a great idea and get more training from the previous owners. I see the word delicious used in some of the ratings and I can't wrap my head around that. There's nothing delicious here. Maybe everyone's definition of delicious...

This place has been here for as long as I can remember. Of course I've ate here plenty of times over the years as there's not many options in this small town. It was always decent food but nothing to write home about. However, I recently starting seeing reviews on Facebook about Capris having a new owner and it being a lot better than it used to be so I decided I would try it again (it had actually been a while since I ate here). They wasn't lying!! The steak and cheese was perfection, even the fries were really good. We've went back a few times since. The pizza is really delicious and such a good deal if you get it Tues-Thursday when its the special for $10.99. Everyone here is so friendly and service oriented. As a regular patron of Capri's, we normally use the take-out option. However, tonight we placed an order for delivery. We ordered the steak and cheese sub which clearly states "with lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, and mayonnaise". The sandwich was prepared incorrectly and arrived dry with only meat and cheese. We called the restaurant and provided pictures of BOTH the menu AND the sandwich! They never once took responsibility for the incorrect order and offered no resolution!
