Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Randolph

An outdoor pool is listed online for this location but don't be fooled. There's NO POOL HERE! However, the hotel won't correct this mistake because they know that once you book it and show up, only to realize there's no pool, by that time you won't have any other options, as this area is constantly booked in the summertime. The front desk people are unfriendly, the housekeepers knock only once and then just barge in, and that's even before 10:00a. On a positive note, the only people who ARE friendly there are the housekeepers, and that's just because they say good morning to you as you pass them in the hallway. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and this particular experience has me cancelling all future Choice hotel stays for the rest of the nationwide tour. On our 1 day off we had to do the one thing we didn't want to do.... check out and travel to yet another hotel. My tour partner has been on hold with customer service to report this experience for almost an hour so it's safe to say they don't staff the customer service line nearly as well as they do the reservation line. That right there says a lot in a service based business....

I ordered a small ice coffee and was charged just short of 5 bucks. 4.69 I believe. No where did it state that you are charged a whole dollar for a flavor shot. My small ice coffee came out to be more than any of the prices listed. When asked why my coffee is so expensive, thats when it was brought to my attention of being charged 1.07 for flavor. No where on the menu does it say a charge or up charge for flavor. Coffee was ass. Should've went to the dunkin across the street and knew I was getting what I paid for and no secret charges. The cashier told me the price is in the register. Not anywhere visible to customers to know of extra charge FOR FLAVOR!!!!! Yall...

my past two experiences here have been tasteless and horrible . i had a taste for an Oreo Cookie Monster yesterday at 7:30PM . upon my arrival i was told i wouldn’t be able to order an Oreo Cookie Monster because the blenders are in sanitation. And that they wouldn’t be cleaned until about 8PM. If the store closes at 9PM why would an employee put the blenders in sanitation at 7:30? Why would an employee start preparing to close the store an hour and a half prior? the woman who did this asinine behavior was a fat short blonde . I hate coming here . the young girls are rude and they’re always closing...
