Today's Pizza & Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Rapho Township

We are regular customers and order from here 2-3 times per week. Tonight we had a bad experience. We ordered a sub with only onions & hot peppers, and said nothing else, twice. It came with cheese. We also ordered a $15 small supreme pizza, but said to leave off the black olives, ground beef and bacon, when we got home, it was missing the sausage. I called and the owner got on the phone, and told me he knew he put sausage on it, and to check it again, I dug through all of the toppings, not one piece of sausage. He didn't seem to believe me, was very rude and said he wanted it back so he could see it. My husband took it back and he said the owner looked in it and shook his head, and found him to be rude. The sausage is dark and spicy, and it clearly was not on that pizza anywhere. My husband brought back a new pizza, and they skimped on the toppings on the new one, put a lot of sausage, but forgot the mushrooms this time, which is honestly my favorite part. I called back again and told the girl that they forgot the mushrooms, and she said, "Well the owner made it". Ok, that's great that he made it, but there wasn't one mushroom. I'm upset that I paid all of that money for a 9" pizza and twice it couldn't be made right, and twice my husband had to drive 20 minutes one way to get there, that's 80 minutes of driving. All we got after the 2nd call was a "Sorry". I guess we won't be returning. In reading other reviews here, we are obviously not alone when it comes to being treated with a rude manner. The food is awesome; the customer service on the other hand isn’t. A month or so ago I ordered a cheesesteak pizza online before I left work, that way I wouldn’t have to wait as long. I get there and the guy tells me that he forgot to hand in the order to the chef, therefore I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to make it. Tonight, I called before I left work and asked for a Sicilian cheesesteak pizza. I even repeated the order THREE TIMES just to make sure that they heard me correctly. I go to pick it up and it’s just a normal Sicilian pizza instead. I told the cashier and she immediately got an attitude with me to the point where everyone in the restaurant started staring at us. I’ve been in customer service for 14 years and have gone to numerous customer service workshops throughout my years of employment and can tell you that the way that the cashier acted was uncalled for and ridiculous. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews anywhere, but things have to change if you want my business again. I called while I was still at work and I even asked a coworker that heard me call and even he was able to repeat what I said. I really do love the food. One night we were dining in & they close at 10 but the owner wasn't there so the other guy in charge tolled the young girl to start mopping up the area we were sitting in she told us to get up and move on the other side of the restaurant that she needed to mop and this was only 9:20 at night .Then she told us at 9:30 we have to leave at 9:40 twenty minutes till closing time.later offered us to get up and move our butts outside that there's a table and chairs outside mean while they're still answering their phones to take orders for people to come and pick up delivery yet people inside were not welcome to sit in the restaurant until closing time!!!! RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL BUISNESS .
