My father and I went for a quick lunch and I guess our mistake was going through the drive-thru. We waited and waited behind 5 cars while 4 cars were behind us. About 20 minutes later we were second in line to the window to pay and get our food, we seen our bag of food get placed in the window while Arbys messed up the customers order in front of us. When we finally arrived to the window, I gave the guy the money and we got our food and I simply asked for arbys sauce, horsey sauce, and honey mustard but instead I got a handful of ketchup, 2 horsey sauce and 1 honey mustard. Plus the man told me to pull forward to get my $4 in change and we waited another 5 minutes, during that five minutes we ate some of our food but not all of it cause of course it was cold. It definitely did not end up to be a quick lunch and I really dont plan on going back to Arby's on this side of town. I did Arby's survey that day and clicked the box and put my phone number in for the manager to contact me and I have not got any reply back since then. I would not recommend going to this Arby's to anyone I know.
Seriously people need to smile a bit more often around this city, especially restaurants and fast food...
Read moreWe came through and got a classic beef and cheddar, two sliders, a French dip and some fries asked for specific sauces and ended up having to ask two more times for the sauce. We got home and noticed our food looked completely manhandled and like it was shoved together in the bag (I wish I got pictures of the first order) plus no au jus for my DIP. we called and came back to get it fixed despite the fact that when we were on the phone the man sounded rude and irritated. When my boyfriend went in he had to go through three people repeating the issue to even get help. The manager went through the bag and tried telling my boyfriend it was obviously sat on (like by us, what?) my bf tried to explain the bag looks rough but the food was our concern and the manager turned and walked away, eventually saying we'll make you new food. I wish I could say the next bag was better but the sliders still look smooshed together, my classic beef and cheddar as you can see is smashed and curved now and our fries look like someone’s been snacking on them. Can’t say we’ll be coming back...
Read moreHusband went to pick lunch up at Arby's on Campbell Street Rapid City South Dakota. He didn't get one of his sandwiches the other wasn't right! Asked for horsey sauce no sauce no napkins. My fries half full, cold, hard, and had a hot spice on them.been trying to call for over an hour. We will not return to that Arby's. We rarely eat fast food and this gives us more reason not too. That's what you call excellent customer service right!!! He said it wasn't even that busy at the time!! Arby's was one of my favorite places! Oh and please don't answer this by saying we're sorry to hear that if you could give us more details! Been over 2 hours and still getting a busy signal. Phone off of hook! They are ruining your reputation! I called another Arby's and the manager said she'd text the manager at that store! Hmmm! Seems funny phone still off hook going on 3 hours. Still no reply one month later. Would of been nice to get the rest of our dinner or our money back! Will not visit that Arby's again! What a shame since it's closest...
