I went to this subway on Saturday may 6th before work. I work nights and it was on my way to work. The kids working that night were well let's say short on brains I get the 12 inch artesian Italian turkey One kid pulled out my loaf of bread.(artesian italian) and was swinging it around it was very flimsy like it was not cooked Now let get to the other kid there. I asked for the toppings I wanted with extra cucumbers. He said what like a handful. Me um ok then. The sandwich was a complete mess when he got done. Now he goes to cut it and my toppings kept falling out. By the time he was done it was already 5 minutes into the cutting and all of my toppings were on the cutting board so I asked for another one to be made. The kid said that's the way it is. Read moreMade an online order because I was in a hurry. Got to the location and they told me they hadn't started my order and I was told to wait. Waited 20 minutes while people who came in after I got to the location got their food first. Asked if I should get in line to get my online order food made, was told no they'd make my order when the line was empty. Walked outside to cancel the appointment I was now late for, went back in and got in line since the order was prepaid online. Politely asked them to comp my order since it would have been half an hour faster if I hadn't even bothered with their priority online order service and they made no discount or compromise of any kind. Read moreI came in around 6:30 tonight, they had a huge pick up order to make which was fine I was patient and didn’t mind waiting, but once they were done and I was going to order they were rude and slamming things around. Not friendly at all. I work in the food industry and have been much busier than they were when I came in and was still nice and welcoming to customers, I understand that it can be frustrating but as long as your customers are patient and kind there is no reason to be rude! I truly hope they have a better night and realize that working in food is 75% customer service and 25% about the food! I have regulars who come to my work just to see our staff they don’t even care...
