Primetime Burgers — Restaurant in Rapid City

I want to preface this by saying this is the best burger in Rapid. HOWEVER $18 for a burger, fries and a CAN of soda in this economy is absurd. On top of that the woman working up front was nose deep in her phone and didn’t notice me for over a minute and another young man in the back was nose deep in a handheld computer in plain sight contributing nothing to the work flow going on in the back prep area or the grill in the middle. I asked for a plain and dry cheese burger and cool this place has its signature sauce and all, but if I say plain and dry I mean NO SAUCE and the woman wanted to argue with me about it. Glad I got to try it, but not worth the price for lack of professionalism and order accuracy. If I’m going to spend that much for a burger I’ll run to Custer Burger and Bun, Delmonico,...

Ordered 2 Hawaiian burgers with fries, chili cheese fries and street corn. Paid about $60 for the meal (about $15 each burger) but we were pleasantly surprised that everything came in large portions. The food tasted great and everything seemed very fresh. The tomato and pineapple was tasty and well sized. Staff was friendly and the burgers were NOT raw, perfectly cooked and very tasty. The BEST gourmet burgers in the black hills and Rapid City area without question. The Bacon Avocado burger had my mouth watering. The fries are delicious and the chicken nuggets are crispy and juicy. I HIGHLY recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy a great burger. The customer service was immaculate. The prices are fair.
