Star Spangled Batter — Restaurant in Rapid City

Ruined my wedding day, my guests were unhappy because some cupcakes were under cooked , my wedding cake was stale, clammy and hard we coyld barley cut into it... We arranged for whipped frosting instead of bitterness for our cake as I have stomach issues and it was supposed to just be vanilla but they take it soon themselves to make the whipped frosting with a hint of cinnamon which we knew nothing about... Our cake was also to have a special berry filling and the cake was so old it had soaked up into it. The frosting was also stiff and crusty on the outside... And the picture I had shown them of what i wanted was nothing like what we got... I'll hold this memory forever, it completely crushed me and we were only given a 3rd of our money back becuse the deposit wasnt refundable. We ended up going to sams club a week later and purchasing a cake that was $40 that was beautiful and tasty. Over 70 out of 100 cupcakes were left, and we ended up having to throw our whole cake away (besides the tiny chunk from cutting into it) Everyone dreams of the perfect cake on their wedding day and that didnt happen for me and my husband. Was looking for something sweet - as usual - and found this online. We actually landed on a 2 for Tuesday deal. Went in and the guy who helped us seemed a bit annoyed to be there. He was neither friendly nor helpful. I ordered 2 cupcakes and was still looking around. My husband was asking if I wanted to try one of the other flavors too, when this guy gave us our total. I asked him about a product that was on the counter and he gave us a mumbled, not so helpful answer. So, we only tried the 2 cupcakes. They were cold and somewhat crumbly, so NOT CAR food. Ordered a cake for my Mom's 85th birthday. The cake had to be picked up late on Saturday because the birthday was on Monday and the store would be closed. The cake was good however I was a bit disappointed as I feel I should have been told upfront (at the time of ordering) that the cake would not be decorated in the traditional manner with the colors chosen.
