Read moreTo share some info that may answer some questions you may have with some of these reviews: Dinosaur park is located in the Heart of Rapid City. It is less than a five minute drive from the downtown area. It is along Skyline Drive, so if you plan on heading out to Mount Rushmore, Black Hills or Custer State Park you can continue up the scenic road out to HWY 16. The Dinosaurs were built in 1936! They are officially a Historic landmark. These dinosaurs do get maintenance, but will never change. We love them. They were part of the WPA program, putting people back to work after the Great Depression, helping family's get back on there feet. PRETTY COOL history! We recently completed a major renovation. The amount of time you spen here is on you. If you did everything in a hurry...15-20 min. I recommend take your time and...

This was a good break to stretch but nothing to go over board about. The views are great though, but they only look over the city leaving he views to fee wasted. I gave it four instead of three because I imagine funding for the upkeep is an issue and it may be out of people’s control. Also saw a brown praying mantis approaching a...
