Ordered through the app for curbside pick up due to foot injury. Pick up time was 5:05, didn’t have anybody bring my food out so called the restaurant at 5:20, no one picked up the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and went inside with injured foot to ask about my “curbside pick up order” since I saw people that went in while I was waiting were already leaving the restaurant with their food in hand. As soon as I said my curbside order, they pointed at mobile order pick up area and said “it’s right there”. I said “it’s a curbside pick up?” And they still said “yea it’s right there”. I was not happy and came home to find there was a used glove wrapped with my sandwich. Not to add, my sandwich had banana peppers that I did not ask for. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back. I’ll give 0 star if I can.
11/11/2022 - received a call asking to elaborate what happened. Explained what happened and was asked “why didn’t I just go through the drive thru”. There obviously is a reason why I chose curbside pick up versus drive thru. Then I was told they had a glitch in the system and didn’t receive my email complaint. I was asked if I took pictures so informed it’s on Google review so if needed, they can view it through Google review. Got asked the question “why did you do that? I told you there was a glitch in the email so didn’t know about it.” OK. HOW DO I KNOW IF THERE WAS A GLITCH AND WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE??? Then I was told to remove the review. I said no and she sighed saying “well I do the right thing and and don’t post stuff on social media so where can I send the refund?” SO I DID THE WRONG THING BY POSTING A REVIEW?? And her response was “I did not say that.” Well it certainly sounded that way. I told her to forget about the refund and I’ll leave the review up and she hung up on me saying “we don’t need you back at subway”.

The employee gave me a dirty look, referred to his list, and literally threw onions and tomatoes on the sub, grabbed the mayo and vinegar and slathered them on the sub despite my protest. When I said that wasn't what I wanted, he said "That's what the list says." When I further protested, the manager butted in and said "That's what you said, no lettuce." Sfter a few more back and forth exchanges I am convinced that you now get the sub exactly as it is suggested on the menu with no deviations. So, I am now forced to lay over $12 for a sub I'm not going to eat because I hate mayo and vinegar on my sandwiches. I get my order home my husband &I unwrap our sandwhiches. 1. Our sandwhiches looked like a train wreck, come to find out the whole order was a train wreck.
