Dunkin' — Restaurant in Raritan Township

This location is terrible. Each and every time I order a Dunkin Refresher via Drive Thru - they end up giving me the wrong beverage. This has literally happened (3) times and has forced me to write this review. Not just do they get your order incorrect, they lie and tell you that it is the right order, take the order back and pull the label off of the cup - turn around and hand you the same order that yet STILL IS NOT WHAT was ORIGIANLLY ORDERED. I watched it happen this morning and the woman at the window turned her back to block the window - I pulled up a bit and watch the label switch happen. This is TERRIBLE for so many reasons - what if I was allergic to whatever the wrong drink contained. We are talking legal action for sure. Management You NEED to Do BETTER. Your morning...

This day that I went in, my coffee was not right. It actually tasted like water. I asked specifically for 4 cream n 2 shots of Carmel. Well I got watered down coffee with a hint of caramel and normally u can smell the distinction between Dunkin's coffee and anybody else's coffee. That's why I like it so much. The person making the coffee, she seemed offended because she was asked to make it again. It still wasn't right. The manager told her to make it again and add enough Carmel for me to taste it. Everytime I come to this location the service I get is disturbing. Either my coffee is wrong and its not that hard to make medium hot coffee 4 milks, 4 creams, 4 sugars yet everytime this bald old man bullys me to believe it is done right when I know it is not. No sugar sometimes, not enough milk and cream other times. He acts like he is giving me the coffee for free when in reality I pay for it. When I speak up he gives me the shut up hand gesture and disregards my issues. Im starting to hate coming here when I come 7 days a week 365 a year! Somebody do something please!!...
