Ferrari Pizza & Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Raritan Township

First time ordering here, after they’ve been open for two months now. I’m very impressed with their food, presentation and everything we ordered was delicious. I forgot to ask about allergies for my son prior to ordering, and they make fresh pasta (so it includes eggs and is delicious, but my son couldn’t eat it, that was my fault though). Their penne vodka is one of the best I’ve ever had, rich flavor and delicious fresh penne. I added grilled chicken to it and it was cooked nicely too, moist and blended in perfectly. My wife got the chicken parm dinner and the chicken cutlets used were cooked very well and tasted amazing, nice and crispy on the edges and moist inside. The mozzarella sticks were out of this world. Fresh and crisped to perfection. Lastly, I don’t know if they use a wood burning oven, but their bread (which tasted freshly cooked) was smoky flavored, delicious, and as equally impressive as the pasta dinners were. Overall, 10/10. Can’t wait to come back and try their pizza next time....

I chose this place because of its 5 star reviews, food was a big disappointment. When I called it in I ordered a grilled chicken cesar salad and specified it NOT be dried out and overdone, it was in fact like eating jerky. they have the BEST pepperoni and hot honey sicilian slice i have EVER had. i decided to go there tonight because joes is closed on Sundays, and now they will be my main pizza spot.
