Jitterz Espresso — Restaurant in Rathdrum

Updated review after going back because calling didn't work. (I guess there isn't a phone inside the stands?) The girl with dark curly hair not only fixed/remade my drink, she also would not let me pay for the Italian soda I got for my daughter. She also gave me the punches we didn't get when my husband went through! I didn't get her name but appreciate it and her very much!!! ❤️

My husband went there and got him me and a few others a drink. He had everybody's order in text message, he read it to them. Mine was supposed to be a Red Bull mixed with an orange soda zip fizz and to taste like an orange creamsicle popsicle. No water, no soda water, Light Ice. What I received was a Red Bull topped with either water or soda water with some orange flavoring and cream. Plus they never gave the punches on my card for 4 drinks! I have called them 9 times to try and go back and get my order fixed. 9 times!!! Anytime anyone has answered I was hung up on, nothing was even said, the other seven times went to their voicemail and their voicemail box is full so I can't even leave a voicemail, but it said we'll get back to you at earliest convenience, the voice mailbox being full tells me they don't check it, so how can they get back to anybody? I can not drink this. I guess I am going to drive there and see if they will fix it even though I was not in the vehicle when it was ordered... I will edit my post if they fix my drink and do it correctly. If they don't, it'll stay a one-star even though I wish it had a zero option. 9 times out of 10 that I go here, my order...

I am in here all the time and every single time I go to this jitters I get the same thing every time I'm in here every day they all they always end up giving me something something completely different they know me they know my car that usually know what I get every single time I go in there it's always the exact same people who see me every time this time I go in today this morning at 12:01 PM and I get a 32 oz double redbull sugar free with sugar free syrup I get the thing back for my price and it says that I'm paying $5. 25 but I usually pay $9.28 for my drinks drinks they can't seem to get their prices right they can't seem into know the drinks that they're supposed to be making I know mistakes happen but I have been coming in here for almost 6 months and I get the exact same thing every single time they all know me in there but they still can't seem to get anything riget anything right I'm not very happy with this jitters and I will not be going...

If Jitter’s Coffee thinks that opening a bunch of stands automatically makes them great, they need a serious reality check. Sitting in this painfully slow drive-thru for over 30 minutes just for a basic coffee is beyond ridiculous. At this point, I could have grown my own coffee beans, roasted them, and brewed a better cup myself.

The incompetence here is a direct reflection of terrible ownership and nonexistent management training. The staff moves at a glacial pace, as if they’re completely unaware that people have places to be. No urgency, no efficiency, just pure chaos behind the counter.

If you enjoy wasting your time while watching baristas fumble around like they’re making coffee for the first time, by all means, stop here. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually understands speed, service, and basic customer satisfaction....
