This place is so close to being perfectly done. The noodle selection is great, and I enjoyed my toppings. However, you know it’s going to be weird when the employee has to tell you how to use the restaurant, you have to follow the arrows, etc. I think the atmosphere and layout make it difficult to have an intuitive experience here. Something about it felt a little too intrusive and I know that these types of restaurants are usually pretty calm and relaxing. Some items that we saw weren’t even on the menu, so we just opted out of them.

I was pretty bummed about a good amount of toppings not being available, especially green onions. I think this place could really set itself apart by offering fish cake, nori, and pork belly as toppings. I also think it’d be a great idea to try and sell toppings in a “bundle” in some way, because they added up quick and I somehow paid $14 for a bowl of instant ramen. That just seemed a little pricey for what it was.

The other thing I didn’t like is that you can’t drain your noodles. The pack I selected instructs you to cook them, drain, and then add the sauce packets. And of course, because the ramen I selected asked for that, it felt like there wasn’t enough sauce to be super tasty (like I know it is) and my broth was watered down. The burners should also be cleaned immediately after use. Doing it once a day just isn’t enough and when I came in for dinner, it was pretty gross.

Still, I really enjoyed the selection of ramen, how you can build your own with their variety of toppings, and the two ladies there were very nice and attentive. I’d definitely come back. I’d love to see them add the really nice...

Wife and I came here on a spontaneous date night and loved it! Really fun vibe, and totally unique in Coeur d’Alene! Felt like we were transported to a cool spot in Korea or Japan!

You pick your preference of over 70 instant noodle options, then add veggies, proteins, dumplings and more as sounds good to you. After you pay, you take your order to one of the hot pot machines where your noodles and ingredients will cook right in front of you! Then you add sauces and seasonings, and you’re ready to enjoy!

Sip on one of several delicious drinks! They have milk teas with different kinds boba and mix-ins to choose from. I got the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca boba and it was deliciously sweet!

This is such a cool spot! The owners are clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about this experience and are happy to help make it a good one!

My only complaint is that they weren’t around when I was in high school! I would’ve been here every Friday with friends!

We will definitely be...

I was so excited to bring my husband who LOVES soups/Ramen! We were helped and quickly explained what to do. We went to grab the free toppings and wasn't impressed at all.. Cilantro was black and needed to be tossed, no onions, 1 hard boiled egg, green onions was almost completely empty, no onions at all, we noticed a couple of the Ramens were expired. I grabbed what I thought was a non spicy one. It was in fact very spicy. After the Ramen was done cooking I went to add additional stuff and discovered many of those items were completely empty.. The Ramen had good flavor just was WAY to spicy. (I thought I grabbed a no spice one) Unfortunately the fact they were out of so much, no to go containers, I was pretty disappointed especially for the price.. Maybe in the future we will give them another try! STAFF was...

Hot Pot Ramen House is a fun & affordable experience for the whole family! One of our favorite parts is picking out the noodles (they have everything from ramen to udon to stir fry & prob more I didn’t know about! Then you load up on their free toppings: edamame, onions, cilantro, bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños, and you can add extra protein like potstickers, tofu, or eggs for a small price. Cooking the noodles is a fun, interactive experience that my kids love. They also have a huge variety of Asian drinks, from fruity teas to unique flavors you don’t find everywhere & also an assortment of frozen desserts

Ok, so we did this for fun because my 16 year old son LOVES ramen noodles and anything with them in it. We were here from out of state on vacation and decided to give this a try. Loved the atmosphere! Loved the music! Loved the stellar performance and communication skills of the two young ladies who showed us around and explained how this all worked!! Very well done. Food was fun and drinks were really very good! Ten out of ten for all of that. Enjoyed the meal, and enjoyed the atmosphere. Very fun mood!
