I Stop here every week and order 7 meals for the family to enjoy. We order a couple things special due to allergies. We have never had a issue until today. I won't return and I'm extremely disappointed in the level or customer service I received. The young girls in the front are very friendly and always have helped me. I appreciate that. Well.... we went thru drive thru I ordered the meals (the receipt looked great.) They handed me the drinks no flavor I asked them if we could get a different one they took them back and said yes but he have to pull around and they will bring them out. We already had waited 30 min due to our food being cooked which is fine. I noticed we were missing food and the burgers were made wrong, like I said kids have allergies. The younger girls politely told me go ahead and toss the food since they would anyway. We were pulled around and went in waiting on the food that was made wrong. I noticed all 7 fries were half cooked and soggy ( never seen like this before) I showed the lady and said I can't eat these can we please get some cooked that aren't this bad she said yes the cooks rush sometimes and we bag them up and by the time we get food out there soggy and old. I dont mind the fried sitting but they werent cooked and raw. So I was waiting. Then the young cook came out and told me he couldn't replace anything because they were busy i could come back another time or give me some cards to get half of my food later ....after they said throw it away and we will redo our messup..., I said we just spent about $60.00 on dinner and we would like our food we were really looking fwd to it. He was arguing, then a lady came out with glasses VERY rude. Acted like she hated me the min she seen me in defense of asking her to give me the food they left out and please redo burgers made wrong. She told me to bring all the food in and she would toss is and I said I tossed it go look in trash yourself I said the worker told me to toss it 20 min ago. I stood there and they said we have customers to help I said AM I not a customer? Very confused now.....She then said you just want free food after eating all the rest. I couldn't believe what I was hearing her say.(my kids really can't have catchup and wont eat raw frys so i wasnt just trying to get free food. ) I said money is not a issue. I ask for a manager and she said nope I won't give you that info. I stood there for another 30 min waiting on everyone else to get served then a guy brought me the food on the side and handed it to me and said we can't do this again. I said you guys also forgot my kids nuggets. She got mad and said show me the receipt. Then threw it away.... thinking I was lying. I asked for it back and she said I am not going in the garbage I said I need it please print me another she said i don't know how. 😕 so the younger girl got.me my receipt as I asked. The Lady with glasses treated me as If I was begging for free food. All I asked for was my corrected order. Is that too much to ask for? I was refused everything. I spend $100 a week here, and was treated as if I was not a loyal customer. Been coming to PB for 30 yrs. I have my receipt and will proceed. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone until they can get better management or customer service in here. I won't repeat everything I was told and heard behind my back very loud while standing in line. I am sorry this happen and I won't be back again. Worst experience i have ever...
Read moreI don't much care for Paul Bunyan in general. They are pricey for average burgers. I would much rather go to ZIPS then a Paul Bunyan any day. Sometimes I will only go because of my husband but I'm never impressed by their food or their quality of customer service. Today only proves my point I went there at 11:20 and ordered just a large fry while nobody was eating at the restaurant at all. And I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. Took a while for someone to get on the speaker, after I order I pull up to the window, no one greets me and I sit there until 11:26. No one took my payment or asked me how my day was and I could see two people in the restaurant working. I finally got tired of waiting for just a large fry while two people stood there and talked. I understand they want to hire minimum wage/cheap work/younger work force to run their stores, but I can't justify paying more for average quality and poor customer service. We ordered 3 Double bacon cheese burger meals, one Jr meal with a corn dog and fries, plus 2 orders of chicken nuggets for the 4 of us. Same order every time, always. What we got... food that in every way was terrible. The fries and nuggets were insanely overly salted. The fries specifically were Inedible. The corn dog was way over cooked and dry as a bone. Same with the nuggets, just lifeless.
Remember when I said I ordered the dbl BACON cheeseburger meals... We got 3 cheese cheeseburger meals... (I got what I paid for. I wasn't charged for the dbl bacon cheese, but I know what I ordered.)
