An unpleasant situation was quickly turned into a great experience.
My husband and I went in and ordered a white chocolate white coffee mocha extra hot. With it being extra hot we did not try our drinks till later when we realized we got regular coffee instead of white. I called the phone number looking them up on google and spoke with the owner Jennifer herself. She was so kind and apologetic and quickly offered us to either come back today to have them remade or that we could also go in another day for a free one. We went back and Jennifer had given us free muffins as well for the inconvenience . When we got there the barista was rude and shut the window on us after having told her we needed our drink remade.
I called the owner and left her a message just letting her know that we still appreciated how kind she was but that her barista was having an attitude. Jennifer called back and again addressed the situation and was so kind and I could see that the stand is her heart and soul. .
That's a business I want to support. Baristas can have bad days so we understand but I really appreciated the owner.
100% will continue going back and supporting...

Didnāt realize we needed permission slips to collect our beverages. We just wanted caffeine, not a guilt trip. All of this attitude matched her bleached fake blonde hair and short, choppy bangs that looked like they were cut by a toddler with safety scissors. Definitely not coming back. Thank you! Maybe don't be a brat to my full grown mom who can handle things herself and I wouldn't have wrote this...
