Very disappointed with the “service” at this location. It is Sunday July 26, I came into your store at 12:35 today. As I entered I was informed by Emma that I would not be served without wearing a mask. I kindly and politely informed her that I did not have to wear one and I also did not have to disclose my reasons for not doing so. HIPAA privacy laws protect individuals personal information. I was then told by Emma (with emphasized attitude) I would have to wait 15-20 minutes to be served because all online orders must be completed before people in the store are served. I peered over the counter and noticed 2 order tickets for a grand total of 3 sandwiches 2 of which were already almost finished and there were no other customers in the store. So being the patient individual that I am I stood there and waited, it took about three minutes for a few other people to enter the store and lineup behind me at which point the online order prep was paused and I was served immediately. Upon arriving home and opening up my sandwich I realized they had given me the stale bread from yesterday. I ate it anyway because I worked on a hot roof all day and was starving but I was not happy. I have eaten subway since I was a kid and it is one of my favorite restaurants and also my number one choice for buying my crew and contractor’s lunch (3x weekly) because I feel that the healthy options served here are much better than things available elsewhere. Unfortunately this experience was very polarizing and moving forward I will be hesitant to patronize any subway owned by this specific franchisee. One super disappointed big spender right here. 😕
Update: it’s Saturday June 19th at 7:16 pm Hours are clearly listed. Closed. Just wasted 20 minutes driving out here for a sandwich for them to be closed 2 hours early... this place is trash. Never...
Read moreI just had the worst experience at this Subway. A worker Jen was helping my son and I. She was so rude and acted like she hated her job and the customers. This place has a metal shield so you can’t tell if the meat is fresh and what they are putting on the sandwich (she hardly put any meat on the three sandwiches). She commented that she likes it this way because customers complain too much. I told her this is one of the reasons I go to subway is to see how my sandwich is being made. She started a full fledged argument telling me that she can have her own opinion and if I don’t like it she doesn’t have to serve me. As we moved down the line I saw how old all the veggies were and mixed with other vegetables, some almost empty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned or restocked all day. The sandwiches were all over the place in the bag because they were not wrapped securely. There was no other customers in the restaurant at this time for her claim she was busy. The CEO needs to shut this location down or get better management to get these issues corrected. Is this a way to keep customers out of your store so you don’t have to work? Why are Subway workers so rude these days? It’s horrible that owners aren’t cracking down on the employees behavior on being more respectful towards customers. Read moreUpdate 7/13/25. Daughter wanted subway sonI thought Id give it another try. What a mistake. Walked in one guy working. Only one other person in entire shop. She said she was waiting on him to complete her orders.i was never greated never acknowledge. Stood there to order still no acknowledgement. Then the online order machine starts going off. He goes over and stares at the orders coming in. Still no acknowledgement to me. I left. This location is literal garbage. I dont mind waiting if needed its not his fault he has zero help. However at least acknowledge paying customers. Please avoid this locations. Its truely terrible.
Worst customer service ever! Walk in and get greater with a total attitude. No other customers in store. Waited about 8 minutes to acknowledge. Just so rude. Also did a door dash last week. Received the wrong order. Door dash driver was great. Said she arrived and was handed the order out the door. Travis said they were closed but it was 7pm. She told him the order was the wrong name. He said...no it's not ..and shut the door. I called after getting the incorrect order and after speaking to door dash. I just simply wanted to come pick up the correct order as it was for my daughter and cost 17.00 on door dash. Travis said. Call door dash nothing I can do...and hung up. Please just shut down...
