Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ravenna

One of the worst Taco Bell restaurants around !!!

I don't hear often because I do doordash. Today I went to pick up an order around 8:50 p.m.

One employee was cleaning the ice machine, two other employees working drive-thru and I don't know how many were in the back. One gentleman was standing there for way too long where he asked the guy who was cleaning the ice machine to grab his food from the back. And she was grabbing his food I asked if he could grab our doordash because it was sitting right there ready to go he ignored me and proceeded to go back to the ice machine and clean it.. about 10 more people walked in so me and my children walked out. It was now 9:15pm. I tried to go to the drive-thru and the lady told me unfortunately until 10:00 p.m. we have to come inside I explained to her very calmly that I sat in there for over 10 minutes without one help from an employee even after we asked for him to grab our doordash pick up. See then again said that I had to come in and I told her is she going to help us this time we came in I said we need help and not one employee answered us AGAIN!!! Finally one of the cooks from the back came up and asked us what was wrong and helped us!! It took her getting off of making food for orders while there was three other employees standing there doing nothing!! She apologized multiple times but like I told her it was not her fault and thank you. I was not being rude or ignorant, I was being very patient and that's why I decided just to go through the drive-thru because it seemed like that's the only people they were taking care of.. This place is a complete joke ! We will drive to Streetsboro to pick up food we refuse to eat here disgusting every time we come!! This is usually the best Taco Bell around. Recently I ordered through the mobile app and went to pick up at the counter. Cashier told me they were backed up and it would be a little wait. They were behind on many other orders and apologizing when people picked up their food and including extra shrimp🦐 (location is a Long John Silvers too) for the extra long wait. I asked to check on my order again because it was originally a drive thru pickup and it was lined out with cars so I came inside to pick up. I was told he would check on it. When someone that ordered behind me got their order I asked about mine again. Another worker checked and said my order was never checked in, even though I had paid for it and received an email it would be ready at a certain time. 35 minutes I waited in line for my order that they never made. At this point, my lunch was over and I had to go. The worker just refunded my money and said sorry. No coupons or other compensation for my extended wait and empty stomach from a wasted lunch away from work. I called later and talked to a manager on duty and she said she could offer me coupons for a couple free tacos, or she could tell the manager above her to contact me. This Taco Bell had one customer when I walk in however, I was greeted with the question do you need something? I replied yes I want to place an order and she pointed to a machine implying I should do it there. The machine asked what drink I wanted and how many sauces I wanted which I filled out. I was paying with cash so I still had to wait at the counter for her to pull up my order and allow me to pay. I chose a table and sat down with my laptop to do some work waiting on my order. The music is turned up so loud that I could not be heard on the other end of my phone call. I also could not hear them call my name when my food was ready. One of the employees came around the corner and told me my food was ready but I still needed to fill my drink get my sauces my napkins and fork. What was the point been feeling all of that information out on the computer? While I'm eating the employees are playing around and screen laughing in the back.
