Unfortunately even if you call in, you'll still wait twenty minutes for a cold burger.. I only come here because my kid loves it but the friendliness is non existent and the unapologetic staff is incredible... Called in my order and waited thirty minutes to pick it up, AND I'm still here waiting . they brought my food, and all of the order is wrong.. And the girl that took my order comes outside to tell me that she couldn't hear me on the phone, so i tell her order again and she interrupts and says to order they the speaker because she can't hear me.. The worst customer service, was waiting for about 10-15 minutes to place an order. Asked girl walking by if the intercom worked, she looked and walked away. Not a yes or a no move to another one nothing. Finally Emily answers after my sister getting down and waving them at the window and asking if the place was open, she answered it’s cause we have to many orders, I saw 3 cars parked at this plaice. The best real line slushees in town! 1/2 off all fountain drinks, slushees and specialty drinks from 2pm to 5pm every day. The drive-In staff are very courteous. They greet you with the friendliest smile and make sure you are satisfied with your order. Only negative is; I had ask for napkins after they brought my order. I did ask why they didn’t furnish any napkins and I was told that we (the customer) are suppose to ask for some. I wasn’t aware of that. All in all, it’s a great place.
