ABSOLUTE WORST INTERNET AND MOST EXPENSIVE BASIC CABLE I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!! I've had the technicians & the "engineers" out here and not a single one can give me the service im paying for! Not only is this the worst internet service ive ever had, but its the most expensive cable and internet provider ive ever had. I blame the genius at the Jackson place apartments in pharr (that should have been a red flag) for forcing their tenants to use a company out of raymondville for internet and cable when there is already a perfectly crappy spectrum they could have used. i can't even get them to do 1 step up from basic internet. The valley really needs comcast- xfinity. I've had to miss work more than twice to have them come out here, hours at a time...4-5 hrs and they can't figure out why i cant get a damned signal. Here's a thought - DONT OFFER SERVICES YOU CAN'T PROVIDE! I'm reading the reviews and its my same story over and over. Its a product issue not a technician or apartment issue! I cant believe its 2017 and i can't find a signal in an apartment complex where according to them, my unit is the only one with this issue....FRUSTRATION!!!!!
It's been more than 4 months since the review and not only have we contacted everyone in your company, we have left messages for callbacks without EVER getting a single callback! Email you? How about check your messages- my husband has left dozens of voicemails! Who is answering after hours, weekends, evenings? How about you have at the very least an anwering service? You're a cable/ phone/ internet provider what kind of provider has an answering machine? Are you guys working out of a garage? Btw, who is checking your messages? That person needs to be retrained or fired because they are failing at their job. Don't leave it up to your customers to contact you- thats just passing the ball back to me as the customer.
We are done calling while at work and taking time out of our jobs so you guys can continue to not do yours. Why is it that we have to call you out on a review in order to get a response but don't respond to the voice messages in your machine privately?
This internet issue is not a once - in -a- while issue it's a constant. Its a matter of bad to worse. I highly suggest you read your reviews and count how many have my same issue and correct the problem. I have contacted your company and nobody knows how to fix your problem.
Do your jobs! Goodness - it's like nobody can be accountable for not keeping up their end of the agreement or even doing their job but get so offended if you call them out. If you had done your job right in the first place then you would not have 1 and 2 star reviews. We are basically your & the apartments's hostages and its beyond ridiculous that we are still (after months of the first call) still...
Read moreService was always a pain. In and out. Very unreliable. Moved out of service area over 6months ago and have yet to receive a refund. They say they mailed it to me but I never received refund. Called and the very mediocre customer service people told me I would have to wait 90 days so check would void. Gave them my new address and waited the 90 days, called back they told me I should have check in two weeks. NEVER RECEIVED! Called back, again they told me it would be two weeks. NEVER RECEIVED! Called back again, now the very mediocre customer service person was upset because I keep calling about my refund. She told me accounting has procedures and I would get the check when I received it. The whole time it was 90 days, two weeks and two more weeks. Now they have no clue. FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND THE BBB.

Update......2.2.2023 -----received call from a VTX VP in charge of 'I DONT KNOW' AND COULD CARE LESS' early morning...BEFORE 10am. BEEN TRYING TO GET MY ISSUE RESOLVED FOR 6 MONTHS.....I PLACE A TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE REVIEW LESS than 16 HOURS BEFORE....NOW I GET A CALL...FROM A VP OF I DONT KNOW. SHE DIDNT HAVE ANY ACTUAL FACTS IN HAND....kNEW NOTHING ABOUT MY PLIGHT!!!!! SHE DENIED ALL!!!!!!!!!!! I GOTS TO INVESTIGATE 😬 TOLD ME CHECK(S) HAD BEEN MAILED....BLA BLA BLA! ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. A VERY SIMPLE ...MR ACCoUNT#666 WE MADE A MISTAKE.... WE'RE ...SORRY.....HERE IS your less than $16 USD...MY MONEY!!!!!...

Read moreEDIT: Since I got a response on this review, i must add that I have in fact called Tech Support, multiple times, for almost a week and a half straight. Just to give some insight, my 100 mbps internet is at 25 mbps... Thank you tech support for still having me wait around for some type of answer!
This is the only reasonable internet company in my area so they charge whatever they want and everyone has to take it or leave it. I used to live in McAllen and paid Spectrum way less for much higher speeds. I'm paying for a home phone line I don't need or want, but have no choice in having it. My 100mbps internet tops off between 75-82 even if i unplug and disconnect the majority of things that run the internet, but they say thats normal. I only have the fiber internet offered to me, which they say is better, but has just been more expensive and more of a hassle for everyone in the household. Having a direct ethernet connection doesn't make speeds any faster, it's still stopped at 82, tops. The fact that I pay so much for a house phone i don't need, and internet that doesn't reach it's maximum with one laptop connected is beyond me. I needed to fix a NAT type issue for my son's console and they want to charge me an extra $10 a month for a static IP, even though it's something provided with every other internet company.
