We ordered a pizza, 2 sandwiches, chicken, and a pasta. They delivered our order saying they were out of salads and pastas. They weren’t supposed to deliver until reaching the customer so they could let them know about the order’s problem, but they did anyway. They said they tried to call the number on the order and it was “out of service,” but when others called the same number, the phone rang on the spot. Also, domino’s have had multiple issues with their phone service. We tried calling seven times before they even delivered because we wanted to know if the driver would have change for that order, and someone spoke to us and yet failed to mention the pasta wouldn’t be included in that order. Their reason for this was due to lack of communication among workers. Employees are out of sync in communication, and that shouldn’t be on the customers. We tried to order a pizza because we didn’t get the pasta since the delivery driver Sarah said we could call and order for no delivery charge because of the mess up, yet this was untrue. They didn’t wanna wave the delivery free, even though again none of this was our fault. Our phone was working just fine, we called before they even left the store, and we were following the delivery driver’s orders. We shouldn’t have to be disrespected by both the managers and the rest of the employees for something that was clearly domino’s fault. This situation should’ve been handled much better. Losing hundreds of dollars over $3? They know we were especially loyal customers. Now, we aren’t. No thanks, domino’s....

He Was RUDE To My Wife Over The Phone, So I Went I Speaked With Him Myself. This Guy Isn’t A Man, He’s Merely A Kid Who Hadn’t Grown Up. When I Showed Him The Picture Of The Pizza He Made And I Called Him Out On It. This Kid Got All Defensive And Was SO STUPID To Where He Threatened To Call The Police. This PARTICULAR Domino’s Store Is LOSING BUSINESS Because Of The Owner’s Son Who NEVER GREW Up. We Stay About 6 Miles Away From This Store And BECAUSE Of This DUMMYS Action, We’re NEVER GOING Back. I was home alone, bc my husband works offshore, and I was so weak that I was either going to have to get food delivered, or call an ambulance - so I ordered online , like always - and even paid in advance with my card. Twenty mins later , instead of getting my pizza, I got a phone call from a lady who said she was the night mgr at Dominoes, and they couldn’t bring my order .
