Place looks rundown and tired..

My daughter was wanting a icecream treat thus I spotted a Dairy Queen logo on the Food sign near the exit and decided to stop.

Honestly thought the place was abandoned at first look but noticed a few people walking around in there so decided to pull in. First, there is not an easy way to pull into the place off the highway as I had to make a U-turn on the exit road to be able to get to an entrance.

The driveway is completely torn up and has sunk about 3 feet from the road. When I get to the drive thru window, the speaker is falling off and is actually being held up by a couple of zip ties...

If I could give less than 1 star or even negative stars I would. I’m absolutely disgusted by the disrespect and blatant liars employed by the Rayne Louisiana Dairy Queen off of interstate 10. There were numerous people in the restaurant eating ice cream and cutting up with the employees. My husband was in the drive through to order an ice cream at 8:42 pm on July 10, 2022. He and a customer in front of him and one behind him waited 10 minutes to get waited on. Employees turned the lights off at 8:53. My husband pulled up and saw the “party” going on inside. Watched a patron swing on the door near the drive through and break or disconnect the hydraulic system on the door. My husband was told at the window when he pulled up and asked for ice cream that they were closed because they had to clean the place. Well duh, AFTER closing time like EVERY...

We stopped to get some DQ burgers on our way to New Orleans. I walked in, ordered burgers for my family, and then went to sit down with my kids.

We were the only customers in there, but every table was dirty. I started looking around and realized I have never been in a dirtier restaurant. The floors, drink counter, and pretty much every visible surface was grimy.

I took my son to the bathroom and walked into a disgusting restroom that probably hadn't been cleaned in a couple weeks. There wasn't even soap to wash your hands.

When we came out our burgers were ready. I didn't even want to imagine how dirty the kitchen was, so I proceeded to drop the bag in the trash. We got...
