Been wanting to try this so this was my first time there. I got a blueberry coffee typically what I order from Dunkin. The large coffee was larger than the Dunkin’ probably the same size as the Dunkin’ xtra large. The large was $0.40 more but again it was larger than Dunkin so a good value. The coffee itself tasted more of a dark roast not my fav. And with cream and sugar yes it had sugar but not much cream...or with a lighter roast coffee probably would have been ok. The blueberry? Not sure what happened to that but obviously needed another shot or two as I couldn’t taste any discernible blueberry. My go-to coffees including when I travel to the UAE are Dunkin’ (yes there are several Dunkins in Dubai) Costa and Starbucks (2 - 4 in every mall and one one every corner). My overall...

Today I had an amazing experience with Selena. She was so nice, gave excellent customer service, went above, and was working by herself. I really appreciated her service and experiencing someone who was very personable, positive, uplifting, and polite. I hope this goes high up, because this is the person you want promoting sales, giving great customer service, all while she is by herself, had a bit of a line, still had time to give a great experience to the car in front of us, and fixed the issue with my tea. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to order my items from a person instead of through a speaker! The person taking my order was very nice and explained drinks and options, he encouraged me to try my drink before I left and said they had no problems making it over which of course he did not have to do because it was delicious! The breakfast sandwich was made with cage free eggs and the menu seemed to have more nutritious options. I had the hash browns also and they were delish (and I didn’t have heartburn!)
